Bought a laptop from these guys about 3 years ago for a Christmas gift but couldnt afford to purchase the protection plan due to financial constraints, now finding out on the bottom left corner of my computer on the back has a crack in the back plastic and now have in the Shell out money to have the backing replaced unbelievable and the worst off they dont give you much information how to replace it without having to go to Hewlett Packard

Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I went to get an lcd panel replaced on an iphone under warranty through apple. I figured since they advertise being certified and trained by apple it would be fine. Luckily I assumed they would be incompetent in some manner and made a backup of my phone before I went because they decided it was necessary to wipe my phone to install the lcd panel. They made the decision to do this without contacting me in any way. Pretty absurd to me that they would do that without first contacting the customer. Luckily I backed mine up first but they dont even recommend that when you come in for service. Not one person asked me if I had backed it up or if I wanted to back it up before they serviced it.

Good response time. We had purchased the protection program for a laptop. Had an issue. Remotely tuned up and scanned now, running like new.

They where ride when I arrived and the gentleman was almost confrontational about my questions. I am an elite Best Buy member and had a terrible experience. None of my questions where answered and I have lost all my respect for the Best Buy brand. From here on out I will be taking my business elsewhere

Unprofessional, poorly trained, incompetent staff members who are unable to take accountability for their mistakes. Instead would like to point the finger at Apple. You make appointments to pick up repaired items that they state are fixed and ready just for them to wait until you get to the appointment to tell you they do not have all the parts. How about you state that over the phone and say we will give you a call when the repair in it’s entirety has arrived. If you have Apple products just take it to Apple yourself or go to a Best Buy in another city because Best Buy Stockton can’t handle the complex issue of communication. Waste of time and energy.

Much faster and easier than an Apple store! I was in and out with a new iPhone battery in less than an hour. I had an appointment.

I went there had to make an appointment told me my screen would get replaced for 40 I come back they tell me its going to actually cost 140 for the screen too I call apple and come back with a voucher and they still tell me it will cost 140. They absolutely suck

They do not have basic parts in existence but the quality and service granted to us by the representative of Alejandros technical department was grateful ...

These people are no help at all..you can read them as soon as you approach counter. They enjoy not doing anything for a living..anything to send you elsewhere..

These guys were able to come out and help me with some technical plugin stuff and get my new systems up and running great. Excellent service.

Super nice people, they just dont know what theyre doing. Went there a couple times and I always get sent somewhere else or they bluntly tell me they dont know whats wrong with my item.
