Great company! Got the stains out of my carpet, and it made my whole apartment look way better! Highly recommend.

What I liked was,they wereon time, courteous and somewhat professional, but the job was not done well. The carpets did not look much better. I will have to rent a carpet cleaner and finish the job myself.

I would highly recommend speed dry there team was so professional and kind which is so hard to find now days. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and tile after having a party for my 3 year old. My house looked a disaster after speed dry showed up they had my carpets and tile look new again! Had my grandmothers carpets done by speed dry. My grandma still talks about how nice the guy who cleaned the carpets is today. That was a year ago.

Outstanding service!! I thought Id have to replace my carpet -- it was awful. However, I called Speed Dry and the owner came out to check it out. They totally saved my carpets, and it looks fantastic! Literally unbelievable. Speed Dry exceeded my expectations, and saved me some cash! Im so happy with the service and highly recommend to all. There were still spots and it seemed as if they couldnt the edges near the wall. But I needed a carpet cleaner asap bc another company bailed on me. I called and they were able to show up in about 2 hours! These guys are life savers!!

I was greeted on the phone with Rebecca who so kindly listed appointment times available for the same week! Once Speed Dry arrived promptly on time, the maintenance began work and finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone located in the Central Valley Area. Terrible company. Do not use. I had an appointment at 11am. I get a call from the office at 10:15 saying the guys were done with their job and were ready to start at my house. I tell her to please give me a half hour as I was not expecting them until our scheduled appointment at 11am. Just having stepped out of the shower & laying a baby down for a nap I get a pound on my door at 10:30am. The guys were here and ready. I said that I had just spoke with the girl in the office and told her to give me a half hour. The two guys said that she had told them I was ready right now. I said absolutely not, but can you guys give me 5-10 more minutes? let me just clear out the living room. They said sure. So I wait and wait and wait and finally call the guys at 11:10 am, they said they were on the next job that they couldnt wait the 5-10 minutes, they will be done with that job in an hour. I call the office right after and the girl says that they went ahead and left to go to the next job but that they were in apartment complex around the corner from me and they would be at my house asap. I explained that I had another appointment scheduled at 12:00 thats why I originally had the 11am appointment set. She apologized and said they would be there in an hour, putting the time at 12:10pm. So I wait and wait and wait. Check my phone at 12:10 to see a missed call from the office at 11:50am. I call back and the girl says that they finished their second job early and wanted to come to my house ( right around the corner) but shes not allowed to send them over unless I answer the phone, so now they are on their NEXT job and then have to take a lunch after that so they probably wont be to my house for about 3 more hours. I cancelled the entire mess. Not at one point did the office staff offer a complementary service for all THIER communication issues or anything. In fact she had an attitude on the final call as if it was my fault. Screw this company! I call CHEM DRY OF LODI and they did an AMAZING job with great customer service! Go there!

Speeddry came out to clean my couches and did a great job for a reasonable price. When they were done and it was time to pay, the technician had a $10 off coupon with him that he honored off my total bill. I really aporeciated his work and honesty of giving me the discount. I will call speeddry back in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you.
