Had some ongoing issues and finally sat down with the manager to get them to take care of me. As a loyal customer of over 30 years really didnt enjoy the last experience. Until this last issue I would have given them 5 stars all day long.
Car was sent 3 times due to an engine light within 2 weeks with no resolution and false promises. Staff was nice and friendly but service stinks. Just traded it in.

I went there late on a Saturday. The customer service was good. I had to leave the car because they did not have the part. I was called on Monday and informed that the part would not get there until Tuesday. When I called them on Tuesday afternoon, the part still had not arrive. I was told to call back the next day. I did get the car Wed. afternoon. The cost is higher here but this was the one of the few shops open on Saturday afternoon.

Very friendly and efficient
Brought my 2013 Suburban in for an oil change and watched the lube tech drive my truck like it was his. As the tech went to park my truck he floured on the gas pedal between the service and lube building and took the turn which I could hear the tires screech. Nice to know this is how they treat customer vehicles. Mataga is where I’m going to go from now on.
