I ordered several books over 2 months ago. They debited my account immediately, but I have yet to receive the books. I’ve called multiple times, never got a call back. I’ve emailed multiple times, never got a response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and this company never responded to them. All I want is my money back now, I can go somewhere else to find the books. They aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with this joke of a business.

This is the store to for all you mustang needs. The counter guys are knowledgeable and helpful. They have an endless selection of parts. You name it they got it or can get it. The show room has many examples of products and completed cars for you to breath on. There are only 2 drawbacks. In a world of free 2day shipping it’s hard to choke down shipping costs especially if your doing a full build and come into the shop for multiple orders and sometimes they can be overpriced. Besides that if there is something you need for your car they will look through book after book to find it and order it. They are essential to any mustang build!

I bought a set of springs for my Mustang. The springs came without any U bolts. I asked why they didn’t come as a kit, and Alex had no answer. He said I can send you out some larger U bolts but they are a little long and can be cut off. The U bolts came and they look like they were for a 4Wheel Drive. I have waited over a month for the return label. I know our society has gone downhill when it comes to customer service, but this company is the worst. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
