When I brought my BMW in to James, he was very honest and willing to help, he had suggestions if I couldnt afford the cost to repair the damages. I was somewhat disappointed with the current condition of my BMW. He gave me a decent and affordable estimate which was surprising to me.When I got the car back he not only fixed the damage to the driver side fender and door but he also washed and waxed my entire car and removed ALL of the rock chips from my front bumper and sprayed that too, no additional charge!NOBODY DOES THAT!James and his boyz are the Schiznick! Honestly I havent used their services but every single friend and acquaintance that has got great service on their automobiles. They came out looking almost as good as new.

Absolutely the best Auto body in Stockton. I have been going to James for years and he is always fair and honest with a great price and does great work. A great business. He fixed my wifes Audi bumper, my sons hood of his truck and my other sons bumper. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Poor communication with customer. All he said was that he worked on the expensive fancy cars like Mercedes, & the cars that Spanos owns.He didnt say anything else until I call him 2 weeks later.He should tell me what he found after taking off the bumper cover because I was rear ended... what additional damage did he discover.I called him, & I asked all the questions, then, he answered. He said that I can pick up the car tomorrow.Then, I asked him, what should I bring ? after me asking the questions, I find out that he does not accept debit/ credit cards. fyi: When you run a business, that is the 1st thing an owner should inform their customers that they do not accept cards for payment.update: car looks good as new... fresh, clean car free of scrapes. I had to go back twice because the sensor & tail light were placed incorrectly.. they had to re adjust them in place.

2nd time Ive come to James and probably the last. Terrible service. Not enuff people working there to consider it a real business. First time I came it was great, this last time. They did not paint the car the same color and so now I drive around with an ugly bumper that doesnt match the rest of the car. 2nd, they didnt even put the bumper on right. Please save your self the agony.

Quality work

Ive used his services many times. Hes exceeded my expectations repeatedly. Hes a straight shooter and I appreciate that. Hes painting a classic Porsche 911 for me now.I highly recommend this shop.

I called this place this morning and a guy answered. Once i stated who i was & asked if they offered paintless dent repair he hung up in my face. Thinking that it was clearly a mistake i called back. He answered the phone abruptly stating I HUNG UP FOR A REASON. and then proceeded to disconnect the call again. Im not necessarily sure how a business is supposed to run successfully if the person answering the phone is rude to customers. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

He is the best!!! He fixed the front of my car, and gave me a brand new grill to my car, and it took less then 2 days!!!! Go check him out.

Horrible called and spoke to the owner to write up a estimate for car repair and he wrote it in back of card and said they didnt write out estimates anymore only insurance places did that???? I asked him why not he started to yell and said go somewhere else and hung up???
