Drove all the way from San Jose to try to get one of their Civics that were in stock. Unfortunately, another buyer got to it before I did, even though my sales guy, Frankie, did everything he could to hold onto it for me. Luckily, they sold me an Insight, which was 100 times better than the Civic, and crazy good on gas for just a couple thousand dollars higher than the Civic. They even included Auto Butler, since I wasn’t keen on the color, but that with Auto Butler it would help maximize the finish on the car. Highly recommend them. Was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours.

After making an appointment I still waited 2 hours. They did an oil change job and apparently brake fluid change I didn’t need (they should’ve asked if I really wanted it when I didn’t need it. They should’ve recommended I wait til next oil change.) my fluids werent topped off. My tires air wasn’t checked. Found out couple of days later they needed air. DID THEY REALLY DO AN OIL CHANGE??? Or just add oil to top it off?? I won’t be back!!

My experience with Stockton Honda was phenomenal. This was my first time purchasing a brand-new car and the whole team made it easy and efficient. Ive been wanting a Honda Fit for a long time, so my dad and I traveled pretty far to get a blue one, since there arent many available right now. We were helped out by Christopher, who was kind, knowledgable, and incredibly communicative, and he even helped us out on the phone before we made the long drive. It really felt like he wanted to make sure that I found the perfect fit with my car choice! I loved my experience here, and I would definitely come back the next time Im in the market for a car.

Well, I only went to Stockton Honda because it was close to work, if not, I would have preferred to go to Modesto. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30, I even arrived 20 minutes early. I wanted for the service advisors to come out and assist. Well, we went inside and they said I had an appointment scheduled with a specific service advisor and he will be right with me. He can in and assisted the lady that DID NOT have an appointment before he helped me.Fast forward 3 weeks later I was pulling into my driveway and heard something scrap underneath my car, which was unusual. I I spect it and noticed that the metal cover is falling off, and further inspection I noticed that there was 2 screws missing in the front.I went in and luckily Mike was extremely helpful and got me in and out within a matter of minutes, which I absolutely appreciated.

The cashier called around to other Honda Dealerships trying to find the piece for me that I really appreciate it because I was willing to go the extra miles for that part unfortunately no dealership had it in this area which would also be a problem. First of all I had an appointment at 8:00. The overall service was the worst service Ive ever received at an automobile service center. Never, ever again will I go to the Stockton Honda Service Center. For 2 blinker light bulbs, and a ring put onto my air conditioning while filling it up with free on. Im still waiting. He just brought me up and said that they need 2 light bulbs and a ring changed on the air conditioning and that took 2 hours and 45 minutes to let me know that they need to replace 2 light bulbs and add a ring to the air conditioning. Then asked me if I wanted to continue. I said of course! I have not waited for 2 + hours to walk away with nothing done. Then he said it probably wouldnt be ready until after 1:00. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! To put in 2 lightbulbs and a ring on the air conditioning. RIDICULOUS!!! Because of Covid there is no more courier service, which I understand but too take 5 hours to put in 2 light bulbs, and a ring on is ridiculous. Also, the man that was supposedly helping, JERRY CASH was not very helpful or pleasant at all!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO STOCKTON HONDA Almost $800 and my wasted time is definitely not worth it. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOUR GOING TO BE THERE THE ENTIRE DAY!! My time is important! Im a teacher and my word of mouth will travel.By the way, the werent busy at all! I wonder why?πŸ€”

My Husband and I have been looking to get a Honda CR-V to replace our Honda Civic for a couple of months now. Honda Stockton had so many more options that matched what we were looking for. We definitely believe in the Honda brand. We called the dealership to make sure the vehicles were still on the lot. Eric was the person who helped us over the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, showed patience and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Eric had told us to come in and he would assist us. That same evening, Eric gave us his full attention. Gave us the same effort as he did over the phone. He showed us every vehicle that matched our requirements. We weren’t pressured or rushed to buy something we did not want. He was honest and was very easy to talk to. It didn’t feel like a salesman just trying to sell anything. He didn’t make it seem like his time was being wasted either. Eric actually cared about our final choice. One of the best sales advisors I have talked to over the years. Also, the manager Rob checked in with us to make sure we were doing good and we had questions. He was also helpful and treated us with respect. Rob made sure that the decision we made was the best choice with the best pricing. He was a good communicator. Jennisyn and Michael from the finance department were also very helpful. They made the experience easier by breaking down the contract in detail. The process didn’t feel like a process but more of an enjoyable memory of buying our car. It was almost closing time but we never felt rushed. The entire staff at Honda made us feel great about purchasing this vehicle. This is how car buying experience should be. I had a great experience with Stockton Honda yesterday. I was dreading how long it may take to get my car serviced because they were very crowded when I got there in the morning. However, my car was completed within a short time frame and they even washed my car! I scheduled my maintenance appointment online a few days before I planned to go, and it was very easy and frustration free to do that.

Aaron Lowe could not have done a better job. He got me a great deal, hassle free and straight-forward. Hes very knowledgeable on the ins-and-outs of the product. Steven Schneider in finance was also very pleasant to work with. Everyone that I met at the dealership was extremely customer service oriented.I highly suggest requesting Aaron for your purchase.
