Nice customer service, but way over priced for routine services. Car was running decent after major repairs, but then parts began malfunctioning and dealership did not take responsibility for it and wanted to charge for additional services. Leasing option is nice, but the bill gets high really fast. If able to take your vehicle elsewhere I would definitely consider another mechanic. Wont do business with again after issues were not resolved.

I bought a set of tires that were supposed to last 100,000 miles and only lasted 50,000 which is half and even with the receipt in hand and the warranties they didnt want to help me. They tried to find any excuse for not making the warranty valid. Too bad about such expensive tires. Anywhere else is better than this place.

I sure hope Allison is still working at Sears Auto. She is the best at customer service and super good at dealing with people. She makes Sears Automotive a place I always want to go to for any issues I have with my car. I am not sure I would go there if she isnt there.Sears should be real grateful grateful they have someone like Allison, representing their company.

I was put on hold after i was transferred to the number of the section of the store which should have been a direct line, put on hold for 10 min again, hearing someone answering the phone only to hang up immediately after.. I have used the service before so I dont understand in these times now, why??

Made an appointment for an oil change at 10 am. They had to reschedule for 1pm because they were booked. Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, didnt actually get signed in until 1:10. The salesman tried to sell me on services before even looking at my car. Waited almost an hour before they even took my car into the shop. And that was after I talked to someone. Then they called me and tried to sell me more stuff. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am amending my review based on the events that took place over the past 4 weeks. I have made an appointment online using their reservation service every weekend and every time I do so, I get a phone call within minutes of making the reservation, that there arent any openings because they are short staffed and all booked up. Apparently, this location is always short staffed and is unable to keep an appointment.Please be aware that your appointment may not be honored if you had made one. I made an appointment every weekend over the past 4 weeks and have been canceled every time...

This is a great shop with alot of well educated mechanics. Especially the mechanic named Devin. He is amazing at oil changes. You can go to the shop for many services and I would consider this shop before you go to any other shop because they offer these services at very competitive prices. Thank you Sears!

Horrible service waited forever inept at the computer and navigating the lease program. Too bad because my tires are great. Took way too long to check out. Did not see what was wrong until he was shown to click on red bar by me that showed what was missing. Customers walked out

Customer service was great, other than that I wouldnt trust them with anything else, got tires replaced there and they didnt care about my rims and scratched it up, also they over inflated my tires 65psi on one tire n 45psi on the other, luckily I have psi sensors on them and corrected it. Never going back there.

This place is so disorganized,last Thursday spoke to somebody to seeif I can hve my lawn mower fix I was ask if I wanted a home service and I said yes then the lady already set me up for and appointment for today 7/2/19 then I asked her,can I jst bring it to the shop instead then she let me hold it to be connected to the right department then I was talking to a guy and I keep telling him I wanted to bring it to the shop myself because he was saying he already hve some schedule to come in my house Tuesday which is today so I insisted I wanted to bring to the shop myselfto Iso that’s what I did that day it will take them forever to figure out wht was wrong with my lawn mower I told them it probably only need a coil because I already have a brand new carburetor air filter,spark plug and a new gas then one lady called and ask me wht was my issue with my lawnmower and I said the same thing and she said someone will call me I don’t know when they gonna call me it seems like they don’t have enough staff and I called it so disorganized I would not go back to this place ever again

Brought my car in for a oil change.. Within a week my low oil light came on..thought it was a oil leak .had a mechanic look at it..the oil was leaking from the oil filter it was never tightened.put on incorrectly from the start. Called informed employee she informed me she has no appointment til Friday its Tuesday. Then infirm me the wait time is 3 hours.. Ive been coming here for years but new workers plus fewer workers equal horrible service ALL AROUND!

I went here to get my oil change and they did a number of different things that I didn’t want and I was forced to pay for it to get my car back and they stole a piece of my equipment in my engine very bad and unprofessional place they overcharge for oil change

I TOTALLY have NO confidence in Sears Automotive Center now!!! I went to get a 40,000 service at a Nissan dealer only to find out that my air filter hadnt been changed even though that was part of my Groupon coupon Road Trip Package from Sears Automotive that I DID NOT GET.....though I was charged for it!!!!! And just now they had told me it was going to be an 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait for 2 new tires.....after 1 hour and 40 minutes - they hadnt even touched my car!!!!! Megan then tells me.....to be honest we wont get you done until 6:00 p.m.!!!!! That would have been almost a 5 hour wait as oppose to 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait!!!!! Check your filters when you leave this place.....they will charge you for it and NOT change it!!!!! If I could give them a ZERO stars I would.

They get the work done... Eventually.Ive been here on several occasions for routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, each time getting an expected time estimate of around 1-2 hours. Each time, I come back from walking around the mall and find that my car hasnt even entered the garage.This particular time that prompted this review, I got a 1-1.5 hour estimate. I came back in 1.5 hours to have someone rudely give me some jumbled excuse as to why work hasnt been started. I received a new estimate of 2 additional hours.Theres one guy up front (Daniel, I believe) who is helpful, attentive and friendly. The others are rude and less than eager to help.Oh, and they forgot to put one of my lug nuts back on.

They are a scam, went to get an alignment after 2hr and 48 min of waiting they say we cant do the alignment, you need knew tires. they cut my tires so i could get new ones.... !! im gonna have to report this to the police, but how can i prove this... im so angry..., i checked my tires before taking them and they were fine, that cut was clean and fresh, you can tell cause if it was road damage you see dirt, dust, debris, perfectly clean fresh cut, what a getto move. There should be a minus start rating, this place would fall on to the lowest.

Spent about 5 mins waiting in line just to buy floor mats(ended up leaving). Point of this is I hope it gets their attention and hire on more staff. Poor guy was by himself and had 2 ppl in the appointment line 3 in walk-in 3 customers waiting to pay and the phone ringing.

Horable coutomer service it took over month for a warranty on a tire then they put on the wrong tire hope I done notice then a nether month no call no response when I call finally I call they say have it after I call for the 5th time get there and tell me 2 hour for 1 tire he says he will rushit. it takes 4 hours and counting this is bull dont trust any think they say or there warranty had to Fite to get it fixed stay away from this place !!
