My insurance company recommended them to me so I picked them to take my Honda van to get the catalytic converter that got stolen replaced. Place did a good job in a good timeframe. Very clean premises which makes it even better. The workers there are friendly polite and clean. Definitely have my business in the future.

I had work done to my door. It bent back the wrong way. I got recommended Calibor Collision. Everyone who worked there was great and easy to deal with. The work they did to my truck is just ok. I’m missing a side panel on my steering wheel. I contacted the person that was handling my claim about the situation. He really didn’t do anything about it. Also My door won’t open all the way, it’s something very noticeable that they should have seen before they gave it back to me. The paint job is spectacular and matches my truck very well.

I had my rear window and rear dash replaced. I like how they kept me informed with every step in the process by texting starting which stage my car was in and moving onto. Very professional and friendly staff. They scheduled my rental car and arranged to have me picked up. Once my car was ready o was even able to leave the rental with them so I didn’t have to worry about finding a way to turn it in and pick up my car..

My catalytic converter was stolen from my Honda Pilot. Caliber is a shop that is contracted with my car insurance USAA for inspection and estimates. Caliber did not personally fix my converter but they helped with the whole process. My car was sent to Cherokee muffler to be fixed and then returned to Caliber for me to pick up. The customer service I received from Kevin was great! Kevin and Caliber handled everything from the time my car was towed to them and till I was able to pick it up. Customer service definitely deserves 5 stars!

Caliber was able to squeeze me in on such short notice, as I was getting ready for a cross country roadtrip when my light got busted at a gas station. They were super knowledgeable in working with my insurance company and got my car fixed up right away.

I took my car here for repairs after a minor fender bender back in September 2020. (Took a while to move forward with the repairs secondary to insurance waiting to hear from both parties involved.)I took my car in for an estimate on 12/18/2020, and set an appointment to drop it off on 12/28/2020 at 8 AM. Estimated timeframe was after the new year weekend ~01/04/2020. They were able to repair my front bumper and color match it well. New grille and license bracket were placed. It was done in a timely manner. I picked up my car right before the new year on 12/31/2020 at 4:30 PM. Overall great experience. Friendly staff. Decent rates. Walk-in rates are a pricier as opposed to going through insurance (from my experience - I had received a walk-in estimate in September following the incident.)

I pull a 5th wheel trailer with my F350. Due to an accident, my tailgate became stuck in the closed position, and it had to be lowered so that I could connect my 5th wheel to the truck. This was an emergency the day it happened, because my 5th wheelhad to be moved that day. I called Caliber Collision in Stockton, and they said I could bring it in right away and they would help me if they could. The manager assessed the problem, and was able to get the tailgate to open. I was extremely grateful for his kindness. He even charged me nothing for his work. The people who work here are very kind and clearly care about people. Such people are very trustworthy. I highly recommend them to do a consciences work and treat you right.

It started off well when I was brought in and I had a completion date for my car to be released from the body shop. I recieved a automated text day before telling me my car was coming alongNicely then I get a call call that says my car wont be done till that Friday. I figured ok Friday itll be ready then Friday comes and itll be Monday they were backed up with cars needing paint.The Monday comes to pickup my car and it looked good in the shade then next day I see they scratched up my passenger window with a disc sander. So im having to take my car to another location to have my window either repaired or replacing it. Over all I was not happy with the outcome.I didnt like the fact when I called that day to let them know the damage on my window they didnt deny it and offered to replace it right away. So that told me they knew it was damaged and didnt mention it hoping I wouldnt notice it.I dont like being lied too I also went with AAA recommendation with this shop. Every location of workmanship will be different. I wont hold this experience against the next caliber collision to repair my window

We brought our Lexus SUV into Caliber Collision to have them take a look at the door trim that came apart on passenger side door. Daniel, the store manager came to look at the problem. He quickly replaced the broken parts. I asked him how much the labor and installation would be. To our surprise we were not charged for the work that was done. Caliber not only took care of our paint and body work for our vehicle, but they replaced the broken parts on our door trim. What a great company, we cant thank them enough for the great job they did.

My car has been there for two months due to a car accident. Every time I call them to get an update on when it will be done, no one can tell me other than the manager. The manager is never available due to being very busy. I am told I will get a call back and never do. I need my car back and fixed. 2 months is too long. I need a good answer.

Fantastic body shop. Insurance company sent me to get repairs at this place. I didnt know anything about it and was going to use a different shop that I used to go to but I figured might as well give this place a shot. I cant fully evaluate the repairs yet but everything seems to be in order. But their customer service and professionalism is excellent. They updated me on the repairs regularly. They gave me phone calls and texted me. The people at the shop I interacted with were very professional and courteous. The repairs were done fast and in a timely manner. When I went to pick up the car, they even washed and buffed the car. Fantastic team! I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have been to this place 2 times. First time years ago they fixed my car to all my expectations. The second time they gave me the unfortunate news that my car was totaled. They gently explained it and were sensitive to the shock I was in. They also held my car and wouldnt release it until I was able to clear it out. Great experience

They havent finished repairs after 3 mos. I was in an accident in September, they took my car for 3 weeks and only fixed a quarter panel. When I took it back(under warranty) they said I probably had suspension DMV and definitely a bent driver shaft. Also mentioned a few other parts in early October, its now 5 days till Christmas and they wont return my calls or contact my insurance company which recommended them! Now my rear tire wobbles and makes a rubbing sound, probably a bent rim or damaged rotor. Just waiting for it to completely fall apart I guess!!

Got my car back and it looked great. Kevin always kept in touch with me about what was going on. They went the extra mile for me.

In this place everyone is SUPER nice. Its a busy location so it takes a while to do the repairs so give them a call once in a while just to remind them that you want your vehicle back. I normally dont give reviews but I felt the need to give this one.Kevin is FREAKIN AWESOME!!!Kevin has great communication skills and informed me until the VERY end about the status of my vehicle.Kevin will FIGHT for you. Kevin stayed on top of things with MY Insurance company and ALSO the Insurance company of the person who rear ended me.Its like he bent over backwards just for little ole me.Kevin is WILLING to work with you on the storage fees. My Insurance Company didnt pay my repair bill and I was out of work for over a month... As I didnt have transportation.Therefore, my vehicle just sat there at the repair shop and accumulated storage fees.Kevin was willing to work with me on that as well.I was also served Peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes... and they were JUST DELISH! 😋Overall, Kevins customer service is just FREAKIN AWESOME!!!

Wow! The molding on the bottom of my Cadillic Elderado had come off. Thank goodness I had the part. I was worried how would I get a new one, would it have to be ordered, if so would it need to be painted to match my car? I was stressed. I called Caliber they told me to bring it down, and they would see what they could do. Boy was I nervous. I showed them the molding that came off, and they said let us see what we could do. They took the part and drove my car to the body repair part of the business. As I sat and waited, my mind wandered can they fix it, how much would it cost. Would they have to order the part. Did I need to order the pair. After about a half hour here comes my car, they parked it, I could see it looked like new. Yay! I went in to ask how much it would cost. I was told nothing. Nothing really! We all know how much we love our cars. So my deepest Thank You! To everyone, so helpful and polite. THANK YOU CALIBER!
