I lived in these apartments for 2 years.I didn’t have any issues until I moved outI made sure my apartment was immaculate when I moved out when I did the walk thru with housekeeping to make sure it was to there satisfaction.When I got my deposit refund back I was charged $ 268.30 and when I called to ask why I got remarks like cabinets were dirty ceiling fan was dirty and they had to repaint basically lies!! If it wasn’t for this I would have given them 5 stars!

Nice apartments lots of parking.... Fairly easy to find a place to park. Lil play area for kids to play. Nice lil walk around the apartments

These apartment walls are thin I can literally hear everything. I even smell the pot stench from the burnouts downstairs. Management doesnt care about anything other than you paying your rent. There is literally no parking. Folks be having 4 cars to 1 apartment using this place as a damned car storage. Worst apartment complex for the money.

So far havent had any issues and been living here for a year and a half. Management staff are nice and polite and respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

I have been living here for a few months. The apt is decent. The appliances seem out of date and old. For example, the oven doesnt have a window. The counter tops are old. For the price of rent, a microwave should be included. Guest parking is extremely limited. People are always leaving their vehicles in the spot for several days. Management is slow to respond to any request when it comes to vehicles that need to be moved.

Ive had a great experience living here at Mariners pointe. The office staff are always nice and helpful. Everytime I had to call for maintenance it was quick and taken care of. The complex is always nice and clean and we love the ducks!!

I Do not recommend this apartment complex, It seems like front office is not doing background checks.I can’t even take my kids out for a walk, you get the strong smell of weed everywhere. If I would’ve known this apartments is 420 friendly, I wouldn’t even waist my time moving in.The parking is horrible! You will not find parking if you have a 2nd vehicle. My car was broken into, apartment needs more night security.Main issue once again, individuals smoking weed everywhere.

So disappointing. Nice property but management has some bizarre practices. As a tenant, you are not allowed to hang out or stay too long on the phone while inside your vehicle. Security will harass you. Make sure they identify themselves and that they are uniformed. There are only 2 guards; #001 & #002. who act as management after hours. This included for us, being blocked in our parking stall with their vehicle parked in front (I have pix and vid) in front of our apt., and being told that we must go inside immediately. I was to be leaving for work and they pulled this BS for what reason, I will never know because I moved out immediately!! ((After only 1 month living there)) Because who needs a court case?I couldve pursued this, probably should have, but I am too busy living my life, helping care for family and working full time.This is just to serve as a heads up to any future residents, be on your toes with these peeps.

Management is horrible ! Only live there 1 month, management did not want to accept rent late (after starting my new job) little blonde chick is rude. Then sends this ridiculous amount of fees that I “owe” when I called the attorney for the apartments the receptionist stated “they do this all the time.” So if you ever want to move there be cautious the amount of time I stayed there does not amount to $6600. Money hungry all female drama attitude management

Really good at taking care of the tenants you call them to fix something and Ill get it fixed and its a really nice complex and I just gym nice pool area and nice laundry room and tennis courts and playground if you decide to move here I would recommend it highly

These apartments suck my son almost got ran over by a tenant that was mad and thw front office did nothing so i took matters into my own hands very unprofessional parkimg sucks rent is to high rooms to small living room is so small hardly have room for anything people sell drugs out of those apartments DONT MOVE TO MARINERS POINTE !!!
