I have experienced others and quite frankly they failed to come up with respectable properties with prospective landlords not following though. I was using a low cost property manager thinking I was saving money. Come to find out, it cost me much more to work with them than I thought. I did not realize how much I was loosing with a discount management fee company in terms of vacancy time (2 or 3 months of lost rent), turnover cost (replacing carpet, paint, blinds, etc) and eviction cost on my overall return. I switched to Majestic Property Management because of their superior management. I was told Majestic was the “most expensive” company in town. In reality, however, Majestic delivered the lowest cost overall, even with their higher management fees, over the long run taking into account evictions, turnaround cost and vacancy time. Majestic rents my homes in 2 weeks (not 2 months). I never had an eviction with Majestic and my turnaround cost is minimal. Majestic proved that I was far better off to pay more for high-quality management in order to save money overall on my investments.

I decided to use Majestic Property Management because they were very responsive and quick. Also, they treated me and my property as they would treat their own business.I have been very pleased with Majestic Property Management so far. They found renters for my property in one week. They are very honest and they try to do their best.I would definitely recommend Majestic. My advice would be that you call and talk to them about your questions and concerns. They will hear you and try to help you.

I purchased a foreclosure at an Auction and the occupant remained at the property. I could not persuade them to leave but Majestic Property Management did. Rather than go the standard eviction route, Majestic explained to me the benefits of cash for keys. Majestic negotiated a settlement with the occupant that saved me thousands of dollars and I got my property back in a week without damage or missing appliances. If you are an in this situation, call Majestic because they get the job done and save you money!

I called Majestic last week and spoke with Virgina about rentals. She was extremely courteous and helpful with all the questions I asked her about rentals. I would definitely recommend Virginia to all my friends/family who are looking to find a home for their families.

When one of my rental properties went vacant, I shopped around for a property manager and was shocked at what I found. Most companies did not answer the phone, did not call me back for 3 to 4 days and had an attitude that I was bothering them. If they treated me like this before they got my business, I can’t imagine how rudely I would be treated if I signed up with them. I am pleased to say that Majestic Property Management, however, was different. Majestic answered their phone, promptly returned my call the same day, and was friendly & very professional. They went in-depth explaining their services and sent me an information packet over the Internet. Majestic seems to be right sized; not too big to be unresponsive but big enough to get the job done. Sceona at Majestic was a huge help when it came to my taxes. I received all my financial reports from her for my property at the beginning of the year but when I was at my tax consultants office I realized that I left the packet at home. I called Sceona and she was able to email everything to me within a few minutes. A life savor!

Majestic Property Management is super awesome!! Miss Virginia (she’s a super super sweet lady) is always been amazing with us. She’s always 2 steps ahead, always ready to help, always give good advice to the tenants about taking care of the properties, and very forward. For the past 5 years since we moved to the valley, we’ve had some terrible experiences with landlords and their properties 😠. Miss Virginia and MPM was a breath of fresh air. Now after 2 years with MPM, I’m sad that we had to leave this property but the experience that my family had here, we’ll never forget. My name is Lekisha Sweet and I could not wait till i got home to write this review so I am writing it from my desk ......OOOOOMMMGGG I am in complete tears from the joy and blessing I got when I first called, visited and met Virginia Quan at Majestic Property Management she was easy to speak with and very polite. She ensured that I was knowledgeable about the company and the expectations as a renter. The process was smooth and she made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my wants in a rental a she delivered above and beyond my expectation. What I appreciate most was when she said she would call me back she actually did. She didnt leave me waiting for days. I literally cried when she called and welcomed my new home for me and my two children. As single mother its rare to find people who work with you and understand your struggle as a mother and Virginia was every example of what a great person and professional person is. Majestic Property management is the company to go through in Stockton and Virginia Quan is THE BEST ASSOCIATE TO WORK WITH!!!!

Horrible services and deceiving. Not to mention, big liers. Do not let them represent your property. All those pictures of rentals they put up are not even really available. LOL.. They only use it to keep up to try to make themselves look good. Called multiple times yet no response. Then someone rudely responded via email saying leased, & none like that one available. Guess what, the picture of the property is still up even after months.. LOL.. WARNING, DO NOT LET THEM REPRESENT YOUR PROPERTY> Wonder what other trick they have up their sleeves.

I have retained Majestic as my manager because they really try and do treat me right. I have been quite happy with their services.

I am thankful to Majestic for their help. Being a landlord was a whole new experience for me.

Theyre terrible. Owner Richard Traverso verified that my deposit should have come back to me, but he gave it to the landlord and now shrugs and says its my problem. He promises to return calls then never does. Hes a shady dealer to avoid.

Great customer service

STAY AWAY! Worst property management company ever. I see charges every month for toilet repairs, faucet repairs, etc on relatively newer home. They make their money through repairs in addition to property management for which all they do is collect checks.
