The staff here in Stillwater have always been very helpful to me when shopping for stamps, mailing a package or helping me with a problem. The Postal Service struggled during Covid with self-destructive management at the top and with illnesses, but the local Stillwater workers have always been friendly, caring, helpful and competent when dealing with me.

I was supposed to have a package delivered today at the address I’ve used for almost 4 years now and apparently, they don’t know my name or my residency, so my package was not delivered. I went inside and told one of the front desk woman (she was rude) and told me that they’ll have to deliver tomorrow, instead of just handing it to me. I had my tracking information and everything. I proceeded to call usps customer service (rude as well) and he said my package would still get delivered tonight and then hung up in my face. I checked my tracking to see if what he said was true and the delivery person went to my house and still did not deliver my package?! This is so wrong on so many levels, all I want is my package, my name is on the mailbox and everything. I have everything mailed to this address and for some odd reason usps chooses today to say “Addressee Unknown”. We’ll see if it gets delivered tomorrow, I guess.

I dont get the bad reviews. On my first visit, three workers were expeditiously waiting on customers. All were friendly, efficient and helpful. Megan helped me get a PO Box rented. She was beyond courteous and informative while quickly responding to my needs. A++ rating.

The sent 2 packages of mine to the wrong address again for a second time. At least I was able to speak to somebody who admitted where they were and are having a carrier pick them up for delivery tomorrow.

Lazy people with “small town” mind set. Won’t deliver my mail because they didn’t know my name. I said it’s not you business to know me - there is an address and the postage is paid for. Do you job and deliver.

I feel like some of the staff could be friendlier and act like they care about your situation, I realize it’s a busy place, but that doesn’t seem like a good enough excuse to be less than pleasant..

If you need to have anything delivered on time or received on time, please do yourself a favor, dont use this service. i am fed up with again and again lost mails including express mails. Now i have a package supposed to be delivered yesterday and online tracking showing it arrived 4 days ago at stillwater local office but there is no attempt to deliver so far. The service is horrible. I wish it closed for good.

Went in to deliver some boxes on 11/20 and out of the three women working behind the counter, one of them had a mask on. Several customers inside were not wearing masks. When I asked the clerk if she could add some tape to the boxes I was mailing she replied, “we don’t normally do this just so you know. A customer left this here is the only reason I am.”It’s a post office. Get some tape.

This afternoon (11/18/2020) I went in to get a money order. There was quite a line, but everyone was wearing masks, except for one employee behind the counter. The other two employees behind the counter were wearing masks. This is not acceptable.

Dear lord the experiences Ive had with USPS. Not just this post office, but the company as a whole. The most recent series of events includes a package delivered via registered mail. They refused to hold it at the post office and wouldnt give me a reason why through their website, so the delivery failed. I rescheduled it for Monday, as the delivery was attempted Saturday. Then I waited at home on Monday, missing class and work because it was either sign for the package right there, or its going straight back to Europe without my consent. Eventually when the mailman came after dark (though I dont blame them since its around the holidays) they said it was being held at the post office. So I drove down there, but the door was locked because it was 1701 and they lock the doors with customers inside at 1700 sharp, letting them out one at a time. I tried to wave to get in as the package was already late by a week or so, only to get the figurative: screw off, were closed. Im pretty non-confrontational, and have been nothing but courteous in the face of horrible treatment and rude employees. As a service worker myself, in retail, I can be nice to the worst of customers, but these people cant even offer passing regard to others. I dont care how much it costs in shipping, Im never using the USPS for any mail that I dont have to again. I dont want them to get a dime extra from me, as I have always gotten exceptionally good service from the UPS and Fedex, often above and beyond what I ask for. Id suggest you do the same. Yeah, youll be paying a little extra, but that extra money is going towards better service, and not having an aneurysm.

I ordered a package from Amazon, on the week of the arrival I moved so I used a redelivery service. I moved to the SAME BUILDING but different apartment!!! A week later and the package is still missing, the tracking is useless and the phone service is even more useless. I cant seem to connect with a live agent, I have no clue where my package is. So incredibly frustrating.

The supervisor was SUPER! He helped us track down a priority package and had the postal worker even wait for us at his current stop to go pick up the package immediately. The mail carrier was also very friendly and nice. Overall a wonderful experience after a lot of stress over a package!!

I needed to sign for a package and they didnt even come to the door. They went straight to the mailbox, drop in a sorry we missed you paper, then drove off. I have been waiting for this for 5 days and now I have to wait to pick it up tomorrow when they could have just done their job and came to the door.

Completely fed up with this place smfh... Been waiting for a package all day that they had Out for Delivery this morning ... As usual I never got it and I didnt get an sms message (saying it had to now be picked up because it was taken back apparently) until 5:17pm... After they are closed! This is not the first time this has happened and considering they got the package at in at 4am and had it already out for delivery at 7:45am according to the sms messages I had set up to notify me because its a time sensitive purchase they had no reason not to deliver it. Its not a large package and fits in the box, and as I said already a time sensitive item that is now sitting there overnight for no freaking reason.. Incompetent service regularly in my neighborhood. This is all assuming they didnt deliver it to the wrong mailbox again leaving whoever got it having to drop it back off up there. Which happens regularly as well, I have to take my neighbors across the street mail to them at least a couple of times a month and their box isnt even in the same grouping as mine its the next group down and mine has my house numbers on it (black #s on a white box so its easy to read) in 4 different places! I would understand if something happened once in a while but this has been an ongoing issue for the entire 6 years I have lived here! Im sick of it. Lazy, incompetent a-holes that dont care or even pretend to care. Ive filed 2 different offical complaints over the past few of years and I guess I will have to file another one. I cant ever even get them to answer the phone and tell me what I need to know and I do not have an out of town area code. Only way to talk to anyone is to drive all the way down there and stand in line and then half the time they act like they are doing me a favor when Im actually the one doing them the favor by not making them bring things back out again.

Never had an issue with the phone not being answered. Very helpful and friendly. I dont understand how someone can give them a one star rating for being expensive when this specific post office has nothing to do with setting prices; none of them do. Part of shipping a package is actually packaging it yourself. If you cant tape your own box, Id have to say your lazy.

Other then me just witnessing the mail truck driver run into my recycle bin ( which was not near my mailbox) and knock it away, and a mishaps on a package I sent to a friend, I can say that SOME of the employees are nice and know what they are doing. The office is clean and offer a variety of supplies .

The carriers are really careless when delivering people’s mail. Sometimes they don’t even deliver it to the proper house. They don’t pay attention because they are in too much of a hurry. It’s so terrible honestly.

When you need something delivered dont trust the local postmen to do their jobs. You should instead use what little money you have left to drive all the way into town and waste your gas to get these idiots to possibly do their job. That little flag on your mailbox doesnt mean anything to these idiots.

Managed to find out about my missing package. After arguing with the guy for 15 minutes on the phone. He didnt even ask for a address nor a tracking number. I did call three times till I got through. My area code is for tulsa not stillwater, yet they should have answered.

So mad because I paid extra for priority mail and the post office didnt even both to deliver my package!!! Instead its just sitting there and says it is ready for pick up. I received no note or anything. Last time I check the post office is supposed to deliver mail, right??
