Checked in online and showed up on time. 2 stylist were working so we waited. One girl got done & checked her guy out. Then for the next 15-20 minutes did everything she could besides get my son & to cut his hair. The other girl got done & checked her guy out. They both were in the back and we hear them talking about who wants to cut my sons hair. The one said she needed to sanitize her station, ok great, how long does that take? When we asked about what was going the stylist was very rude. They didnt act like they wanted to cut his hair so we left. Very disappointing.

Yong did my haircut and I love it. It was a punk choppy type mullet. She styled it for me after washing and drying it and gave me advice and recommendations on some products for my boyfriend and I. She also cut my boyfriends hair and it was great. Shes very nice, efficient, and did it really fast. She worked really well off a couple looks at one reference pic.

I got my haircut with Yong, and she rushed through the haircut eager to get me out the door. I had to tell her multiple times to cut it shorter & to tell her to blend the fade better. I used to love SportClips, but you lost my business.

This was my 16yrs old sons first visit to Sports Clips. We arrived around 2pm. 2 ONLINE check-ins were ahead of us. Our estimated wait time started at 17 mins. There were 3 stylists who were with clients when we signed in. As the stylists finished up and called the 2 ONLINE check-ins, my son was on the board as ON DECK, meaning he WAS NEXT. Some RUDE SELFISH dude, Anthony, comes in, asks what the wait time would be, the stylist named SHANNA checked the dude in and his wait time was 33 MINS. She assured him he had time to go to Walmart and no worries if he was late cuz shed make sure his name wasnt purged. We waited another 10 mins AFTER SHANNA cleaned her station then disappeared. As soon as she popped back up, so did anything AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TAKE ANTHONY BACK, completely disregarding the fact that at this point wed waiting for 40 mins! When I stood up and spoke up, SHANNA had NO EXPLANATION for her blatant RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND BLATANTLY UNPROFESSIONALISM. My son had a Dr. appt at 3pm, then work at 4:15. All SHANNA could say was someone will get him next. Neither of them showed any ounce of having any MORALS, ETHICS, VALUES, obviously SHANNA and her bald-headed client Anthony have zero self-respect, which only means they have ZERO respect for decent citizens. My husband and other son really ENJOYED using their services, but after the way SHANNA conducted herself my HARD EARNED $24 every 6 weeks for my 3 guys will go to ANOTHER stylist/business in Stillwater. I get that people have bad days. I dont EVER EVER complain because Im compassionate and insightful enough to realize that. But in NO WAY was SHANNAs choices and actions the result of a bad day: they were the result of extreme UNPROFESSIONALISM and very poor self esteem.

Yesterday was my sons first time to have his haircut at a barber shop, Ive always cut it for him in the past. We had a great experience with Tina, she was very gentle with him and continued to ask my opinion on the cut. My son walked out with a wonderful cut that he loves and is determined to not let Mom cut his hair anymore! The entire business seemed to be flowing very effectively and no one was having to wait long, if at all.

Took my grandson, cut was choppy and uneven probably could have done just as good myself

First time was a great experience. The massage is a great feature of the MVP package. However the 2nd time I went, I told them what I wanted and she either forgot or was just in her zone but cut off some of what I wanted to keep. Final cut was an acceptable look but I felt as if she should have just double checked what cut I wanted before she started.

First time I came here, I had a great experience, 5 stars. Had a coupon for a free cut, and it looked good.Second time, I got a different stylist (Kayla) and she did a terrible job. Obviously inexperienced, her haircut took about half the time of my previous experience. It doesnt look good at all (represented in my 2/5 rating). I was pressured into buying the MVP ($6 upcharge for shampoo and a massage).Overall, this place is fair quality. You just have to watch which stylist you get. Other places in Stilly have far more reliable staff for about the same price (usually cheaper), and as such I probably wont be visiting this Sport Clips again.

I brought my 2yr old son for his haircut. An elderly lady named Bonnie was his beautician. She was wonderful with him, funny, talkative, and showed how the clippers didnt hurt. I would definitely go back to them.

Ivhad a coupon that states FREE HAIRCUT and when i went in there with the coupon and i was told i would have to i pay $10 for my TIPS trimmed and to get layered (which was literally all i wanted) and i am pretty sure that qualifies as a haircut... I took that as a false advertisement.

Took my boyfriend in for a hair cut because work gave us a coupon try them out. Needless to say I wont be back in Peggy, scratched up his head and neck with the clippers wish I could post a photo of marks she left on his absolutely unacceptable for someone whose profession is cutting hair

Literally asked for the most simple thing ever a trim on the sides and keep my top long just trim up the dead ends on the top but keep the same length and she straight destroyed my hair I’m not ever going here again

It took them 35 minutes to go through 3 people and they insisted on just setting there and talking when they had a line. I wouldnt recommend this place if it takes them almost an hour to go through 3 people unless you have all day. Horrible experience
