Brandy was my stylist she greeted me when I walked in and got me to a chair right away. I’m getting a perm in 6 weeks and she worked with me very well and did exactly what I wanted. Definitely going back to her.

My stylist Jocy was very professional upbeat and fun, she was also very stylish and put together. She gave me a great haircut and I have received tons of compliments. Overall the experience was great. Ask for Jocy you won’t regret it!

My brother is special needs he goes in to have a Mans Cut. Jocy goes to do the cut, and asks if a 3 down to a 1 will work my brother.. unknown to what he agrees to, accepts. Now I can see if this cut ended up even, it might have been alright. But I think she was making a joke out of him because he ended up looking like Karl Childers.... Not funny and definitely not cool. If I could give a -5 stars I would. I pray the manager takes appropriate actions and makes sure this never happens again. (Note for reference purposes this is Karl....)

Great affordable place to get a haircut. My boyfriend and I were seated within minutes. The staff is very friendly (but not pushy!) and they pay great attention to detail. The cut was quick and easy. Will be returning in the future, especially with the student discount.

Ive been coming here for about 6 months and up until now my experience was great. My last visit though, I had a new lady do my hair and she parted my hair a weird way once she was done and cut it according to the new part which i didnt like. She also added her own spin to my hair without asking and i didnt realize until i left as it was at the back of my head. Im a little disappointed but I will give this place one more chance before finding a new hair dresser

Online it says open but when I get there it ISNT open. They need to be more professional and get their times situated online. So misleading. My boys really need hair cuts and it sucks I made the trip to town for a lie!

I didnt get the cut I wanted, but it wasnt the girls fault. I should have been clearer on what wanted. I got in fast, didnt have to wait long. Overall a good experience.

I have lived in Stillwater for almost 3 years now as a student. This was THE BEST hair cut I’ve had here! This is not a “cheap pay = cheap cut” kind of place. My dad was visiting last week and stopped in to get a cut and also raved about how they pay attention and give you what you want. Highly recommend it for both guys and gals!

Walked into the place and it was super dirty. The two woman working there look unclean and had a sloppy appearance. While waiting for her to finish up with a man I noticed she messed up on the back of his head. I told them that I was leaving. I will never walk back into that place again or reccomend that anyone get there hair cut.

I used Pro Cuts a little over a month or so ago had no problems with anyone service is great everyone was very nice & I got my hair cut exactly like I wanted it cut ! I used to get my hair cut here for years. The service and prices were always top notch, but thats changing due to my last few experiences here.A few weeks ago I went here after work, well within their business hours, to find it closed. Lights on, no note, and the door locked with no one inside. A disappointment, sure, but sometimes things happen. I decided Id go in the next time I was free.I went in tonight (March 2nd) at 5, wrote my name down and waited. I preceded to wait for over an hour, before I had to leave for plans with my family. I walked up to mark my name out, only to my surprise, it was already marked out and a new sheet started. That was the last straw, as my name had not been called once.Spend the extra few dollars to go somewhere else where theyre open when they say they will be, and dont ignore their customers.

I always go there to get my hair cut. It is fairly priced and you dont leave unsatisfied.

Compared to the other 1 and 2 star reviews, I was a little anxious about coming to this pro cuts, but ultimately gave it a try after hearing that its okay from a few friends. Other reviews from years ago do not do this place justice. When I went there I had no issues getting a haircut, the staff was friendly, and the haircut wasnt bad at all. Although the equipment they use is a bit old (you may experience a bit of discomfort while getting a haircut) everything turned out okay. Not too shabby, pro cuts. Not too shabby.

My girlfriend got her hair cut and only asked for her bangs to be as short as where her eyebrows are.The lady (Mikki i believe) cut her hair way above her eyebrows in chunks and everytime she made a mistake she threw her hands up and made a face like oh well its not my hair and still didnt even get her hair straight at all.If you dont love and care about what youre doing dont need to be doing it especially in this profession of haircutting.Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Never going back.

Ive been going to Procuts for about 6 years now and Ive seen many girls come and go, but something I have noticed is they all seem to do areally goodjob on my hair. I went in for a cut earlier this morning and i got Rhonda and she was so nice to me and did exactly what i asked. Cant ask for better service from this place. I am extremely happy and will be back for another cut in a few weeks.

Asked for a half inch trim, ended up cutting off close to two inches, I was not pleased

I called to ask how much it cost for a kids cut and she than put me on hold and than forgot I was on hold and I could hear the lady gossiping to her friend. When I hung up and called back no one picked up... probably still gossiping. Not even going to get a hair cut from them.
