I’ve used Kwik Kar on N Perkins off and on for a number of years and today they demonstrated amazing customer service!! They’ve always been very professional, helpful, and kind. Today, however, they went above and beyond! I went for a simple oil change. They were time efficient first off. I asked if they would air up my spare tire—no problem! But they also vacuumed out my front floor boards. Simple I know, but when you open your door and see fresh clean floors unexpectedly, it makes an impact!

First come first serve. They were fast no spills on my car. Got a oil change with no problem.

I had an oil change done. My car has a skid protector that runs along the whole length of the car underneath. Someone missed the middle section when putting it back on and it came undone on the highway. I thankfully got it up long enough to make it back and speak to someone. They were willing to fix the issue without any hesitation. I’m appreciative that they quickly fixed the problem.

Brought my 6.0 F250 to them a few times. Couldnt have asked for a better experience or better service. Only time anything went wrong is when I dropped the ball on my part. These are great guys, they have great knowledge, and the most fair prices Ive seen around. Honestly youd be crazy to take your vehicle elsewhere.

They only get to the east stuff that is quick money. I travel a lot for work and they had my truck (fleet vehicle) for a full day. Needed headlight changed (dot requirement) but they only changed the oil and rotated tires. When I called they said it takes too much time to take the fender off etc and they are busy. Tell me that when I come in, not after I’m needing to pick it up. Also they never called me to pick it up. I won’t be back as I have to go somewhere else to find someone to replace the head lamp. More wasted time when I need to be working. Good luck

After misdiagnosing my car’s issue on 3 different occasions, the store manager referred me to one of their “verified mechanics” (which leads me to believe these employees are not qualified to be working on cars) where the issue was finally resolved. As a college student, paying for each of these misdiagnosed services created a significant financial burden for me. When I reached out to both the store manager and owner about a refund request, I never received a clear response. I am sad to say I no longer trust this company to work on my vehicle.

They seem like fine people. I had my cars oil and filter changed recently and they were pretty efficient about it. The waiting area is kind of cramped, and doesnt have seating capacity for more than 4 persons, though they more than make up for it by their quick service. I switched from 6th Avenue Honda to them, and the first impression was that the rates were almost 30% lower. A couple of months with the car, and I will have a clearer idea of how good they are.

Honestly, I came here in a pinch due to an unexpected trip that came up. I read the great reviews and trusted them... they were wrong in my case. It was not a long wait and everyone was friendly, however, when I made it to my car I noticed all my belongings from the glove box to be scattered in my seat and floorboard. (I assume when they were looking for the tire key) and did not feel the need to put it back. No big deal right... Then I notice my tire pressure on one of my tires is reading 29 and the others were 34-35. The funny part is that one of my tires was low (at 29) prior to my visit, so they charged me to rotate my tires and did not even check the pressure??? I reviewed the paper they gave me upon arriving home and noticed they put OK on everything. I found that interesting as my windshield wipers are cracked and definitely needed replaced (had the new ones already at home from amazon). I then felt I needed to check the other things they listed was OK or FILLED. Windshield wiper fluid EMPTY, Power Steering Fluid AT MINIMUM, Air Filter was filled with dirt and actually had a large dead locust in between the flaps of the filter. So here it is 10 p.m. at night and I just got back from OReilly with stuff that was supposedly FILLED or OK. I always go to the dealership (its cheaper at the dealership for better oil) and I know the quality is on point at the dealership. I wish I would have waited as now I am wondering how much other stuff was pencil-whipped... Do I even have new oil and a new filter??? My Advice, just do it yourself if you cant take it somewhere other than here.!! Or better yet, go pay for them to do it and then come home and do it yourself anyways... (Side note: I am aware that they do not automatically replace things such as the air filter, windshield wipers, etc. but if they are doing the check they should be able to inform me that I needed to address them if they are an issue... however the fluids that were Filled and were empty or low is just unacceptable as was the mess left in my seat... and the charge of tire balance if they do not even check them and fill them properly.)

Excellent customer service. Gave an estimate and was within $30, which was the tax. The only problem was they had to keep the Jeep an extra day due to parts not coming in on time. That was understandable, due weather. Will return.

Kwik Kar did exactly what they said they would do when it came to fixing my ride. They installed my valve cover about 2 weeks ago. The valve cover was faulty and even though I brought my own part they did all the labor, even took it and exchanged it for me and reinstalled a new one for a fraction of normal labor, even know they did not have to do that. I’m a single father of two babies and Matt came and picked us up after the car was ready. Just exceptional customer service and great work. Place is always busy so make an appt. Thanks Matt, Randall, and the entire team. And thank you to the owners for making a grouch happy.

There were 4 of us sitting outside waiting for them to open I was the fourth person. Once they open the attendant ask everyone what did they needed done today? He did not ask me the fourth person the only black one there anything he just walked right past me started doing other things like I was not even there. After about 7 minutes or so I got up to get some assistance one of workers notice me and wanted but I told him dont worry about so I left. I think this was done intentionally because I am black.

Went in to see what it would cost to have bushing pressed in to my control arms if I brought them in they quoted me 4 hours labor at $100 an hour to just press in new control arm bushing. Total work time would be at most 30 min to do all 4 control arms with a press. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE AT THOSE RATES

I will never go anywhere else. We have always used Kwik Kar in Edmond because we trust them. My son is in school in Stillwater and he had a metal grinding noise in the back of his truck. Self diagnosis said wheel bearing. I called KK in Edmond and asked Randy if they knew a shop in Stillwater, turns out the same guy owns both. My son dropped the truck off and when he picked it up they said it was a cable that had dropped and was rubbing on the drive shaft. They tied the cable back up where it was supposed to be, and sent him on his way with no charge. That’s crazy honest. They could have made up problems and charged him for it (like other shops I’ve been to). I trust these guys. They will not rip you off or find problems that aren’t there.

They seemed nice. Didn’t call when it was finished, I had to go check myself. I asked what it would cost and they said $45-50 ish, but ended up $65. Not sure where that came from, but that’s a pricey oil change for sure. I’ll probably find somewhere else.

We had just got here from OMaha and our car wouldnt strart. The only place open was an auto parts store which attempted to fix it but they were closing. When returning the next day, they said they couldnt do that kind of work.Across the street was Kwik Kar. Got the car jumped and drove it over there. A guy named Russel met me in the lot, asking what the problem was and said no problem....come back in an hour. About thirty minutes later, phone call it was all done and ready to go.....Cost? He said it was so easy he wasnt going to charge us ANYTHING. I was really impressed with everyones attitude and helpfulness as well as hustle. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic local service. Travis and the crew at Kwik Kar are my go to auto shop in Stillwater. They are always extremely professional and listen to anything Ive observed to help speed the repair process up. Ive often been recommended to source my own parts for some repairs, as they would say I would save more money that way. This is unlike other shops Ive been to that quote you at the highest price for parts straight from dealerships/distributors. I always refer friends in town to them, as they service basically anything, and are quick to point out if something could be a potentially costly repair. Ive serviced a Volvo, Land Rover, and a Jeep all through Kwik Kar with fantastic results, and I wouldnt take them anywhere else!

It’s so great, I went two car stores they all let me change a brake. But I came here, they didn’t let me change, my car is great, just cuz the weather change let my car have some noise. So I really appreciate this store.

My car wouldn’t start and so i called to see what I could do and one of the employees came out to the parking lot to help me. I appreciate everything they did for me today. I especially commend the employee that helped me through the whole process and took the time to come out to the parking lot I was at to look at my car and then tell me what I needed todo. 10/10 would recommend. Very fast service, incredibly nice staff, and very understanding.

Very kind and efficient work. My friends car had a bent tire rim (steal) causing an air leak. We visited many tire shops and salvage yard to fix the rim or find a replacement. Quotes from other shops are from $34 without installation to $110 with the installation. When we visited this shop just before they closed, Travis said that it would be fixable since its a steel rim. I went back to the shop the next day, he immediately started working on the rim. Probably after 5 min, he said its done and I did not owe them anything. I am very confident to come back to this shop whenever I have an issue with my/friends car. Thank you so much!!

They did 2 hours of work, but only charged me 1. Shows they charge fairly and not based on exigent circumstances, like in my case with a trunk latch. A man ten years my elder treated me with respect throughout and I would heavily recommend this mechanic shop based on my experience today.

Hes personally done more for me than you can imagine. Hes even helped me out numerous times on his own time outside of work, and never once accepted money from me. Hes a stand-up guy and an even better mechanic. He knows what hes talking about, knows what to look for and is always about getting you the best help. Ive been going to him since I first move to town as a freshman, and if I wasnt leaving after college, Id be using his services for the rest of the time being. Hands down, the best mechanic Ive met no questions asked!

I’ve had many cars serviced here and my wife’s car got serviced and they over torqued and stripped the drain plug. Took my car their thinking maybe it was a fluke deal and the same thing was over torqued and rounded off. Be warned if you go here and double check their work. If I knew how to post a picture of stain plug I would if anyone knows how to.

New to Stillwater (a college student) and was having issues with my windshield wipers. They were incredibly nice, super fast, and provided fantastic service. I now know where I’ll be going from now on!

Made an appointment to get my brake pads changed. Around 15 minutes into the appointment the mechanic came in and said they were fine and ask if I wanted to look for myself. He took me out there to show me they wasn’t bad. Most shops would just take your money. Never been there before today but they made a customer out of me.

Got there early lot of people working. waited way to long for the price I paid!! Will not be going back!!

Not very good customer service. Lacking in efficiency.

They are amazing! It was the day after the massive flooding which rendered them short staffed and over loaded with work. They still managed to be kind and professional. I told the that I had had the car less than a month from th dealership and it was under a warranty but had heard a scrapping noise while driving. I did not accept to hear back until late that afternoon or even the next day since it would take extra time to work with the warranty company. I heard back 20 minutes after leaving. It turned out to be a missing bolt from the break on the front passenger side. He said it wasnt tightened all the way after work had been done on the brakes. Whether that was at the dealership or before I couldnt say. Not only were these guys fast and efficient but didnt charge me for the new bolt. They did earn a customer for life.

It was good but my check engine like is coming back on a week later after being in there.

The people at Kwik Kar are very helpful and generous! My car battery died across the street from their shop and they were nice enough to send someone over to jump my car so that I could get a new battery. I usually always go to them for oil changes and tire rotations, and the experience is always great, but this time they really just went above and beyond and did all they could to help me. 5/5 recommend!!!

All I have to say is wow! Very impressive! Moved my son & his lifelong friend into the dorms at OSU. Our friends jeep blew a radiator, on a Saturday. We thought we were sunk. Almost a hundred miles from home with a disabled vehicle on a Saturday. Took a chance & googled service centers of which many were closed. Called Kwik Kar to see if they replaced radiators, which they do. Even better, they got it in & fixed... Wait for it... The same day! Wow! Not in my town. Thankful for same day service for brakes. Was scheduled for 2 pm appt. Got there little before 2 pm and was very hectic but was greeted soon as I exited my car. Told service would take 1 hour and I waited until my car was taken into service bay area. Which wasnt taken back until 3 pm. Car was done & parked around 350 pm.Im thankful for getting brakes fixed, just wished service was done around estimated time. Price was within reason for this type of service.

Had to take a vehicle here after getting a ridiculous quote to fix it from the dealership. Not only did they let us know the pieces we had gotten to fix the car were the wrong parts, the quote they gave us was very accurate! The staff was amazing, the car runs awesomely and we got to keep our arms, legs & grandmother! Win win all around !I don’t mind paying for services rendered or paying the staff for a job well done, but some places take advantage of this. I left here happy and knowing I’ll return and bring more business their way. Please don’t ever change ! It’s too easy to fall for greed in this world but the work you put in to stave off the greed pays for itself in the end .

These guys are top notch. There was an issue with my car, un-intentionally, it was not fixed. I called and they got me right back in, they noticed another issue, they fixed it at no cost. Not many mechanics will do that. Jackie Lineberry the Operations Manager is the best there is, and Mr. David Scott, the owner, both paid particular attention and got the issue resolved. Oh my goodness!! These guys are the best. We had driven up to Stillwater for the day to take our boys to the Wrestling Hall of Fame. The minute we get to Stillwater our brakes start acting up. I called several places and this one was the only one willing to help us out on short notice. I could tell they were busy when we pulled in, but he got to us right away and had us back on the road in thirty minutes!!

Worst service ever. Takes weeks. And they LOVE to use superglue to fix things on your engine. Not my normal mechanic, only went here because the warranty at my car dealership. Should have just paid my normal mechanic, because he is much more honest and provides better service for his customers then these fools do.

They sold me a bad battery two weeks ago. I had to go somewhere else and get a new one after being stranded. Going to go back for a refund and return their battery. If you are a college student don’t trust them. Go to anywhere else but them.

Do not go to this place I went in multiple times over the course of a year to get my breaks checked for squeaking and they said it was because I didnt have the premium break pads just the regular or that there was probably a rock between the tire and break pad. Not even a month after going in last time the entire break system fell out of my car because they didnt know what they were doing.
