Perfect place for college students or anyone wanting to be close to campus. This was the best place I got to call home for 2 years. Walking distance to campus so no need for a parking pass. Cheaper and better quality than most of the bigger name apartments near by. Landlord is really nice and always helped me out in a timely manner.

I lived here for two and half years and never had any issues with the landlord. Robert is really helpful, very quick in getting things fixed. The place is really close to campus so no worries for buying parking permits. All paid (except internet which is on your own). Would highly recommend!

The best landlord and affordable deals especially for graduate and undergraduate students. I have stayed for 5 years and had I not shifted from Stillwater, I would have stayed there only. No problem and even if there are some repair issues, he is very prompt. Robert is very helpful, and even his family. The apartments are close to university so you can even walk down. The place was great! It was super close to campus so I never drove to get to class. The place was cleaner than other places I had looked at. It was really affordable. The only problem that occured was when someone ran over the gas meter durring game day and Robert had someone out to fix it right away.
