Was guaranteed an apartment, paid forward the deposit and fee and then was later. Declined. I was told it will take a month for nt deposit to be refunded. I really needed that money to go towards an apartment and own Im left with the issue. I would not reccomend doing any business with cowboytown apartments..

We love our apartment. Our first home together. We have a spacious two bedroom for an awesome price and Pat and Chimene are LITERALLY the sweetest. They always work to take care of everything for you. And every time we’ve put in a maintenance request it has been addressed the same day. Literally couldn’t ask for anything better.

I’ve lived here almost two years. It’s a really great place to live at, my apartment is really nice and spacious for my wife and I and our two dogs. If there’s ever anything wrong they send maintenance the day of and fix whatever was wrong. The pool is great as well as the dog park for our pups.

I am a resident at Cowboy Town Apartments, I am also on the HUD program. I was worried finding a clean and well kept rental was going to be hard. When I came to Cowboy Town the staff where friendly and they worked with me to get the apartment I always wanted. The only way this lady is moving is if management changes. It’s clean and well maintained, maintenance is sent the day of or next to fix any problems. Pet friendly and safe environment. Love my place!

Ive lived here for a few years now and Ive never had any problems. If theres something that needs to get fixed, theyre on it pretty quick! They do a wonderful job!

This is an excellent way place to live! I’ve lived at other apartments in Stillwater, but this is by far the best! Maintenance is always on top of things and very quick with repair requests and Pat and the office staff are great! They absolutely make this place a joy to live at!

⚠️WARNING⚠️ Be wary of any user reviews posted around the summer of 2020. As of writing the review score for the complex is 2.7 stars. The apartment complex has asked their tenants to leave 5 star reviews to raffle for free rent. This is false advertising. Most tenants are already struggling due to the pandemic. Asking them to join a lottery for a roof over their heads is DESPICABLE. Cowboy Town will treat you like another rent payment rather than a member of the community. Dont give them your money.

I lived here for a year and half. now i am moving out because my lease is up but this place is a awesome place to live made some great friends here. management is amazing. they listen and help when they can. when something in my apartment needed fixed it was fixed in a decent manner. Im sad to leave. Ill be around for visiting...COWBOY TOWN IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!

Love the ladies in the office, extremely friendly and willing to work with you on rent. The apartments are beautiful. And they keep the pool and landscape great looking. My family loves it here!

Surrounding:This is a solid place to live. We havent had a complaint yet.Close proximity to everything, even walking distance from great food and theaters. Far away enough that you are not in the middle of the OSU hustle and bustle. On cite laundry, gym, pool, bar...everything you need.Management:The management work to accommodate you in every way possible. They see things the way the tenants do. Maintenance are on call 24/7 and they will be happy to help you. Stressing the fact of cleaning up after pets.Apartments:The apartments are nice to live in. The recent renovations have made them very aesthetically pleasing. The wood floors help to keep things simple to clean. No security problems and easy parking anywhere. Its great pets are allowed and it makes it fun to see people out and about enjoying where they live.Comes recommended from us.

Given different apartment than initially discussed. Floors were uneven in two places( felt hazardous so inevitably just didn’t use the kitchen or bedroom). The roof leaked. The heater went out and had to spend nights in hotels. Worst experience by far.

This place is gross. Roach infested. My kids tried to move out when the lease was up and they said since they did not give a 30 day notice when the lease was already up they had to pay another month. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

What I like about Cowboy Town is the friendly staff who are helpful and always there when you need them, nice & quiet community and the cool facilities to keep yourself busy during free time. Its a great place to live☺

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are crooks!!!! It is so expensive and not even worth it. We had nails sticking up out of our floor. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. It was horrible. And the laundromat on site is horrible too!!! Expensive and they hardly ever work. The pool is closed 5/6 days its supposed to be open and the staff if miserable! I still owe them money and they threw my personal belongings in the trash without trying to even contact us!!!! Im warning you, find a different place. Its not worth it to live in this dump!

The apartments are very old and run down, the lawns and common areas are not well taken care of. Pets are allowed to do their business anywhere and nobody bothers to clean up after them. In addition the management of this apartment can not be trusted. Make sure you get ANYTHING they tell you in writing and witnessed or they will go back on their word and blame it on change in management. My advice is to stay away from this place. There are a LOT of nicer apartments in Stillwater at a much more reasonable rate.

If I could give it NO stars I would. The office manager is rude and we just pulled our daughters deposit and we will pay more elsewhere for a better quality of people and client services! Theyre ridiculous application fees and cosigner fees had us waste $195. I wouldnt recommend this place to a field rat!!!

Great place to live! The management is quick to fix any problems that I have had. Its also close to plenty of restaurants. Best apt I have lived in!

Lived in Cowboy Town on a short lease of 5 months. Put down a $250 deposit for a two bedroom. Paid $810 a month for the short lease. When I moved in, I marked on the checklist that the carpets were disgusting, they smelled of dog pee and had stains in them, as well as a few other minor problems with the place. I had no pets, I spent most of all my time on OSU campus, work, and other friends places. I only used the apartment to pretty much sleep in. I never got much sleep because of the paper thin walls, and the inspiring rap artists that like to live there. Needless to say when I graduated and got a job, my company hired a moving service to move all of my stuff out, and clean the apartment. The apartment was spotless. Not a water stain in the sink. I received $105 of my $250 deposit back. For carpet cleaning and maid service. So expect the same. I guess it doesnt matter how clean you make it. They will still steal your money. I would not recommend anyone live here. If you do, be prepared to get scammed on your deposit, and overpay for poorly put together apartments. Find someplace else. -1 Star. (1/12/2017)

My roommate and I went into the office today to get more details about a lease take over, being young and not knowing anything about it. Just honestly wanting information about it. We proceeded to get screamed at for 5 minutes. They would not allow us to speak and cut us off when we tried to talk. They kept saying it was against the law to tell us anything, and when we tried to apologize for imposing they wouldnt let us speak. Just kept saying the same thing. The lady in the square office decided it was better to scream at us from her seat than to get up and walk the 4 feet to talk to us nicely. I wouldnt reccomend living here unless you like being screamed at and treated rudely.

They rob you for the laundry. Only 2 machines work and there are no signs posted so you keep putting money in the busted machines and they keep emptying them and keeping the money. Consider these apartments as having no laundry on site because u will have to go off site to wash your clothes. Has been over a year and they havent fixed the machines...dont waste your time!

Even after hiring a professional, that they use! they still said the appartment wasnt worth giving our deposit back cause they would have to hire another one.. an would add on to CowboyTown baggage an take all your money. How can they charge you for the carpets when you pay a pet deposit of $200 an a deposit of $500.. not to mention my appartment was ridiculously clean and 1 year an an half of living there.. roaches infested all the apartments all the way from K.. and 4 apartments down.. the place is gross, they over charge too much.. especially for giving you non-new carpets or blinds. But will take the money out for new blinds an carpets with that pet deposit an the deposit on the house to put brand new carpets in.. its sick. Not to mention they want to give us a balance we owe them.. smh. I guess moving out is harder than it looks. Not to mention most the ladies in the office where complete rude an didnt want to do there job, we have had like 4 new office ladies in 2 years. Its funny how unorganized they are but now how to say yall owe us money. These people are not very proactive. & every time Maintenance fixed something they would put a band-aid over it until it broke again. The apparentments them self are very old.. most of the apartments have damage an cracks to the ceiling. Because Maintenance didnt due the job the first time we had water damage in the living room floor, because they never had our windows never hatched down.. someone could have easily broke in my home an took all our things. Not to mention they want us to pay for that damage. The water at cowboytown is gross, it smells like Chlorine, burns your eyes in the shower, tasted like iron.. they shut it off one day like every two weeks to try an fix it. I learned the more ice you put in tap water the more you can delute the terrible taste. Or go to the neighborhood walmart an buy 99cent gallon of water. The only thing about living in TrashTownAppartments was the Location. The Neighborhood walmart is in walking distance, along with subway, panda Express, Texas roadhouse, an Olive garden. So dont let the photographer pictures of this place fool you into thinking its something that its not.

Worst management ever. Today is my move in day, I come from a different city and I am currently pregnant and next thing I know Im given a totally different apartment than what I was showed. Manager was rude and did not want to work something out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the worst aprtments in Stillwater. The management is really unfair. They will charge you for anything. The apartment itself is old and breaking. The maintenance takes forever to fix anything. Worst living experience i have ever had. Management is rude and not helping!
