Ive worked with this place for my needs since 2016. My first Payee was Jed he was amazing very helpful with questions and getting back to me for request, he found a different job opportunity so I was placed with Barb. We really haven’t been meshing well as a lot of my emails go in answered and I mostly don’t get a response. She doesn’t like emails because they turn into a chat which she doesn’t have time for.. I’ve also asked her about getting off of disability once I I’ve obtained my college degree and she hasn’t responded to my emails wondering what would happen if I did. I’m changing services to the area I live in now and honestly I don’t recommend her personally as a payee. It’s nice to see that the other payees mentioned here are great!

Ive always had positive experiences when Ive needed to interact with any of the staff. They are great community resource. Ive borrowed ramps of different sizes and shapes to get into community gatherings. My friend was recently able to borrow a cane for her mother who was visiting.

They are an awesome organization and I was a board member for over ten years because they help people.

Very friendly staff that helps different variety of different people which includes with disabilities and are willing to explain things if you dont understand something
