1_ * Great location, massive space to workout. horribly short hours to access.2_ * Wonderful variety of different machines and equipment3_ a regular member advised me the shows have been broken for a long time. the temperature handle is stuck on scolding hot & the shower head modes are clogged with calcium. after completing a massive cardio session, I am going home stinking and drenched in stinky sweat.4_ just go to the mall instead of getting a membership here. my favorite massage chairs are in major disrepair. both chairs have pealing seat covers, one wont inflate the seat on the right posterior cheek.5_ not a serious gym for your health. there is no scale. my diet requires me to monitor my weight for medical conditions. I understand the number on the scale does not represent my overall health. Yet ignoring my numbers is detrimental to being healthy.wake up sheeple! there are +20 tv screens, but they cannot afford a scale or to fix their showers, massage chairs, or their operating hours. one should not be charged full price for a lack luster experience.I want nothing in return for this review. just conure your ship & get it together.

Planet fitness is a very comfortable environment. I’m a new member and I feel like I fit in which was a huge concern of mine. It’s very clean, and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly.

Ive been going there for 6 months. The facility is clea. The staff friendly. Other members dont care what you look like or watch yiu work out. The machines work well - except the ellipticals stop if you move your legs slowly. The massage chairs and beds are nice. Ive never used the tanning beds. For the price - about a dollar a day when you factor the yearly fee - its worth it.

Our Sterling Planet Fitness is seriously one of the best places in town! The atmosphere is super positive and always welcoming. The manager and other staff are very helpful, fun and professional. I take a lot of the personal training classes with Meka and am really benefiting - as are all of her students, it appears. However, we are a little tight for space at times due to all the dedicated people working out either in class or on their own. A lot of us would love to see this gym expand in terms of more space and a dedicated room to have the fitness classes in.

Love Planet Fitness! The staff is always friendly and outgoing! Love the atmosphere here! People of all ages, shapes, sizes work out here! The no judgement free zone is incredible! I feel very comfortable exercising and working out here! I wished I had joined a long time ago!!!! I would encourage anyone to join! Well worth the money I have invested on myself!

Very friendly service! I came from out of town and had forgotten my members card, but they helped me out immediately. Very clean and modern. Love the big fans over the treadmills so you dont overheat and can work out hard.

Ive been a member of several gyms and planet fitness is my favorite. The people are friendly, the cost is more palatable than most gyms too. They have tanning and massage beds and lots of treadmills so youre not stuck waiting.

Very easy to get registered and theres always an open machine for what I want to do. Theres also very friendly service too.

In the year 2018 I made a major lifestyle change. A part of that change was joining planet fitness. I lost almost 70 pounds with a better diet, and planet fitness. The equipment is high quality, and the staff knowledgeable. They always know your name when you walk in. Theres definitely no gymtimidation!

Friendly and clean place. The staff here are very helpful. The atmosphere is non judgemental which makes a workout less stressful. I recommend the hydro massage. Get the full membership so you can take advantage of this.

Just started at planet fitness to workout with some family and friends and since going the staff are super friendly and helpful...place is always clean .only thing Id change is some disinfectant wipes vs the spray and paper towels to wipe down equipment...Thats pretty much it it is a very good place to frequent rather you are a beginner or advanced in the fitness world...keep helping people change their lives guys n gals!!!

The wife and I travel around the US and we frequent Planet Fitness facilities everywhere we go. Club Manager Priscilla has amazing customer service skills and it is apparant she instills those same skills in her employees. The facility was smaller than most weve attended but hers was by far the cleanest. She greeted us day one and was very tentive to our needs and listened to our concerns when we talked to her. She made sure to wish us safe travels before we left. Every employee was courteous and greeted us each time we entered. I witnessed several employees working with potential members and new did I see any pressure or pushy sales talk. This center would be my choice for our home facility but we dont live here. We enjoyed our time working out here and until next time we wish this club great success.

The massage chairs have been broken for over a week and now they they me today that it will be another 2 weeks before they will be fixed. I pay extra membership fees each month for these privileges and 75% of the month they wont be available seems wrong to me.

I would be nice if they were open 24 hrs for 2nd shift workers. 4 days a week I cant go here after work.

They said my 10 yr old daughter cant sit at tha table and read a book wile I treadmil . But its ok for tha ppl who work there ta have their under the age of 13 there. So I quit my black card membership and went to the ymca.

Nice gym friendly staff, but to many billing issues to continue my membership. I started with the blackcard membership in July 2017 for 19.99 a month. Somehow my membership got cancelled In December by an employee name Jill Tell. The manager was confused because it wasnt one of her and employees and It some higher up corporate manager that must not know what she is doing says the manager. The store manager was nice and cancelled my membership. I cancelled because in December when some lady name Jill Tell cancelled my membership I reinstated it with a nice young man named braydan delgato. He explained to me that my membership would still be 19.99 and I wouldnt have any annual fees until January or February but thats not what happened. I was getting charged 21.99 for months until I caught it and then yesterday got hit with a 39 dollar fee for annual membership. The manager told me she doesnt understand how this happened but instead of making me happy and and refund my 39 dollars I never agreed to pay In September, she would rather lose a member and not even attempt to make it right and keep me coming back. I work in retail and 39 dollars is not worth losing member. they could have just fixed all the mistakes THEY made and reassured me it wont happen again, they would still be making $290 a year from me but I guess I wasnt worth it. Smh
