Spacious facility, diverse equipment, clean, staff is often available. The nicest facility Ive been to so far!

It has been the best gym experience I have ever had. The people are cool and the equipment if clean every time Im here with friends. The trainers and great help and provide great support and advice. The equipment is absolutely great for each and every part of your body. Absolutely love it and the management is beyond cook and great.

I love how BIG and SPACIOUS Anytime Fitness (Sterling) is. Not only are there tons of options for equipment to use, but the organization of all the equipment, including the myriad of dumbells, is impressive and easy to respect. I also enjoy the use of the spray bottles and regular purple cloth towels to clean the equipment because it certainly helps with the cut-down of waste. Lastly, most of the staff I have had an encounter with have been fairly nice and knowledgeable about the equipment and how to use it. Plus, they do a WONDERFUL job at keeping the entire gym spotless and ensuring the bottles are always restocked with plenty of spray. I love Anytime Fitness (Sterling). Thank you for being great!

Love workout here! Just restarted 2 yr commitment! Have lots of different equipment and even offer personal training for an extra fee.

I have been a member for almost three years. This is a very clean facility, the equipment is always nice, and the staff is great! It is incredibly motivating to walk into a gym where people know your name and are happy to see you. They also offer great group classes for members.

Clean facility with any piece of equipment to satisfy your needs. Staff there are always friendly and will greet you every time. Atmosphere is a very comforting environment! Love it!

Clean friendly atmosphere & people

Do not sign up for a membership here! I started a month to month membership to work out for a few weeks while working in town, tried to cancel after the first month when I left sterling. They use a third party for their membership services, I had to repeatedly email them asking to cancel my membership, they charged me another month after I canceled. I was forced to pay 50.00 for a membership I had canceled or would have been sent to collections, they say once you cancel it takes 30 days for the cancellation to be in effect, so they are stealing another month from people that are trying to get out. Ive had tons of memberships and not once had to jump through so many hoops to actually leave. Also they charge you an nonrefundable 50 dollars for the little plastic fob key (which I have been given at multiple other gyms for free) not worth all the bs of just simply trying to cancel a membership that was only supposed to be for one month

It is a clean and has enough equipment to get what you need done. However the only problem my husband and I encountered is teenagers or very young adults being very obnoxious (loud grunting, jumping around, running, snapchatting, taking pictures with other people in the frame, taking off shirts.) Called and left a voicemail complaining. Didnt receive a call back or email. Cancelling my membership. Staff that doesnt care about members complaints or inputs of the establishment shouldnt be around.

Great environment and exceptional equipment for someone as active as I am

I enjoy working out here when I am in town. The staff is helpful and they have nice equipment. A little bit of everything. A small functional fitness area, a very nice virtual studio for fitness classes, a small CrossFit type area, two cardio areas with great machines, and a large area with free weights and machines.

Anytime fitness is always getting new equipment and its always nice and clean. The staff is friendly and supportive.

Nice looking gym! Great location! Truck parking in back for the drivers who want to stay active, like me! Manager really nice!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The equipment is great and even during construction my workout hasnt been interrupted.

Absolutely the worst place Ive ever been to in my life. they over charge, rude ass people, its over crowded on a small place, dirty and smells like a jock strap.

Have been a member for a year and a half. Staff have been friendly and available when weve needed something, but mostly like we like being able to come whenever we want and have choices for cardio equipment.

The weights are not too bad but if you want too use the cross fit room dont know what time it opens because its 1030 in the morning and there is no staff here on a tues and the room is locked
