I have stopped here twice traveling through the area and both times they had what I needed in stock and were able to get me right back on the road. Thats incredibly rare for the my vehicle. Good place with a knowledgeable service department.

The guys in the service department are awesome. I didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t know I would be in town. I dropped by just see if they could look at. Not only did they look at it they fixed it! I really appreciate their help!!!

Was in Service department today. They cleared outstanding key issue of recall not done. But new keys were both hard to get past the lock position to which I could turn it over. They will file them down if still having issues a week later. But went back with key issues and they said I needed a new cylinder, but had the keys cut to the car at Ed Bozarth Park Meadows and since then no more problems. Wont go to this location again unless I have to!

We traded our Audi Q5 for a Q7 they had in stock. Mike and Jay were a refreshing change to work with, straight forward and honest - no shifty haggling like we experienced at Ford in Loveland. The only thing we had to to finagle was getting the vehicle to an Audi dealer for an inspection. They were able to get a driver to take the vehicle to Fort Collins for that which we greatly appreciated and then Mike drove it back to Fort Collins again to sign papers and take the Q5 back. Best dealer experience I have had to date.

My husband I dropped my car off for an oil change and one of my tires was losing air. When we went to pick it up it looked like something had been dragged across my car. I have scratches ALL over my car as well as there was dirt all over it. I had my car detailed on Friday and I am sure they can confirm that my car did not look like that! I am sure they have some type of report. I would be happy to call and ask them if need be. When we went to get my car of course It was after hours so there was no one to speak too. My BRAND NEW tire now has a huge bump in it. It was purchased about a week ago...maybe 2? They had my father in laws name wrote on the paperwork? So they were not even organized on their paperwork. My husband was talking to a guy named Kurt so why didnt Kurt explain to my husband what happened to my car. We hope to get some answers when we call. I am extremely upset.

Excellent service. We stopped in without an appointment on a holiday weekend on our way back from a 3000 mile road trip in desperate need of a oil change. (1%) Larry was able to get me in and find my truck has a free oil change available. The team performed great.

I went to another facility to see about getting my oil changed today and the man there was so rude that I decided to go elsewhere. I went to Transwest and they couldn’t get me in until later in the day, but they were very nice. I had to wait longer than expected, but the customer service, quality of service, and the value of the services they provided made it worth the wait. Not only did I get better service, I also paid less for more services! Will definitely go back and recommend them!

I don’t recommend anyone ever buy a vehicle from any transwest location!! I am a single mom of 2, went and got a new car before my old one died on me and have had nothing but problems since the first few weeks and now 3 months in I am looking at over $1,500 in repairs on a $13,000 vehicle. Maybe y’all need to actually pay attention and check vehicles out and make sure your not screwing someone over before selling them a car especially with how overpriced it is to begin with!!

Went in after going online and picking one of the “specials.” After it was done I was charged double what the special said, and when I called Transwest to explain the situation and have it fixed they offered no explanation as to why nor a solution to fix it other than the fact that their website is a disaster. Extremely disappointed after all the good things I heard about the place.

Hit a deer on Wednesday, I was looking for a cheap car to bridge the gap until insurance and new car hunting was done. Couldnt find anything to fit the bill, but Jay showed me some options and got me into a beautiful,low mileage 2006 Cadillac CTS. Great interest rate too. I will likely be a return customer.

Two years ago I was pipelining through the tow and took my vehicle up there for a tune up charge me 800$ to do it and didn’t even do the full tune up they just put new spark plugs in no new coil Packs where put in so they charged me 800$ dollars just for twenty bucks worth of spark plugs so I basically paid 780$ for labor a freaking joke

Go to college in Sterling. My car was leaking antifreeze and overheating. They wanted to charge me 4,000 because they thought it was my head gasket or cylinder head. Decided to take it back to our mechanic at home and the thermostat and water pump were broken. Cost me 400 to get it fixed, the people at trans west still charged me 250 for just looking at it. What a joke.

We had to have our 2008 Hummer H3 go in for a recall that needed to be taken care of. At first when I talked to one of the reps, he was very nice and funny and very professional and answered all my questions and took care of me, I even missed an appointment and had to re do it and he was even nice about that.However, when I took my vehicle in for the recall I mentioned that we had recently also gotten our oil changed and the mechanic mentioned something about the transfer case and that he could not do it. I advised the Transwest rep if he could look at it and he said he would . I then waited in the lobby for the work to be completed and when it was done, he came out and told me that everything checked out and that all I had to do was to pay $36.53. Um, excuse me for what? He said it was labor?I had to be to work and did not have time to handle the situation paid him and then left.A few days later I got a call from the local dealership and she wanted to know how I felt and my experience with the dealership. I explained that the recall was taken care of however to charge me 36 bucks for a simple check was uncalled for. 1- NO ONE mentioned anything about a charge to simply *LOOK* at something and not have to do anything! 2- NO ONE did anything they were already fixing my recall. She did not mention anything to me about it and said that the service manager would be notified and that was it.I have yet to hear anything back about this and this was done 06/07/2017. Today is 07/03/2017?? REALLY???Terrible terrible terrible. How can a dealership CHARGE you for something they NEVER DID anything about??? WOW! Never doing business with this place again!

Dont expect a job done right, and they will still charge you for it. I brought my vehicle in with damage to the drive train and asked how much the total fix would be since I didnt want to put more than 1000 back into this car. They said 500 and everything will be fixed. They didnt even bother to drive the car around the block to check their work. I get the car back and it had the worst vibration, I thought the transmission could drop at any moment. I take it back in and after waiting for three days they tell me its 1500 to possibly fix the drive shaft but they wont know until they take it apart. Worst auto shop in town. I took it to S&S and in 15 minutes get a call that I need less than 1000 worth of work to fix it and they dont know what Transwest was on about. Use S&S if you want a fair price and the work to be done right the first time

Took car in on Tuesday morning to get looked at, no one called to let us know what was going on with it. Called on Wednesday, they said they would call, but didnt, called on thursday they said they werent sure what was wrong, called Friday twice, said they would call us back, but didnt, i called back said I was coming to get the car. When we got there they said they were out driving it. We told them we wanted our car because we were fed up. They still had no clue what was wrong. We took the car to S&S about 11:45 the mechanic knew exactly what the problem was, he had it fixed and ready to go by 4:15. Absolutely will never go back to Transwest for anything!

Update- They have asked me bring the car back so the same technician can look at it again. They knew I was taking the vehicle over 100 miles away and wouldnt be able to return in a reasonable amount of time. I cannot, in good conscience, return to let the same person endanger my life or the lives of my children again over what appears to be blatant negligence. I believe some kind of refund or compensation is in order for the work that was incomplete or neglected. They should also pay for a proper diagnosis of the airbag system by an outside source and (depending on the outcome of diagnosis) pay for the repairs for any damage caused by their technician. I still really would like to see that inspection sheet that I never got a copy of.Original post-Ive had some good experiences here before but this last time I was extremely disappointed. There is a certain quality of workmanship I have come to expect from Chevrolet certified service that was not met at this visit. I had the tires rotated but the technician didnt bother to retrain the tpms sensors or even check the tire pressures even though thats what it says on the repair order. I also had the oil changed but the technician neglected to reset the oil change reminder in the instrument cluster. They performed a recall relating to the air bag system and now I have a service air bag system message on my instrument cluster. The repair order makes mention of a 27 point inspection that I never received either. I feel I was taken advantage of and that the work I requested was unsatisfactory completed. All-in-all I paid over $1500 to get this car sorted and this is what I got for my money.

They lure you in with what seems to be friendly and fast service, but dont be fooled by their mask. Bought a car in 2011 from them as a certified used vehicle. Found out today when I went to trade the car in that they lied about the amount of previous owners, told me I was the2nd when I was the 4th, and lied about it ever being in a accident that also caused structural damage to the car. I was told the lady who sold it, loved it so much she was getting the 2011 version. when I went in today to speak with the sales manager, I saw their true side. I pointed out where KORF had lied to me, he got upset and said if I said they lied again hed kick me the hell out, then he stated I have only been working here a year, this was in 2011 so its not my problem (dude dont you work for korf? And if it wasnt you wouldnt you want to at least try and make it right so i dont group you with what ever jerk sold me my car?)and also told me to my face structural damage would not have impacted the value of the car. I would not recommend buying used anything from these sharks, and if you do MAKE SURE YOU GET A CAR FAX!!
