After a new off brand starter failed on me, Dennis sold me one of thiers that is still starting the car up great almost 4 years later.

It should be about the customer. Got the vibe that they just didn’t care. Gave them the keys to the car 2 hours before they told me they could take care of it. Came back and asked if they were done. They said oh that vehicle is locked. Pointed out the fact THEY had the keys. Guess they do not need the business. Younger guy had a major crappy ass attitude until the older guy was around. Almost asked the little girl (6-7yo) sitting behind the counter if she could help. That about sums it up.

IDKY they have a bum review. last starter I took to them they saved me a ton of money rebuilding it and still running strong. I was 45 miles away and their still worth driving to. they have another starter now. allways professional. and have allways done what they say theyll do. not sure what else u can ask of them
