Ive been having my new Ranger serviced here because of the reward points. I normally do servicing and repairs myself, but have been using them since it came with the truck. Its always a long wait, which is fine. Today, I had my routine oil change and tire rotation done, which took the usual hour and a half. I was charged for a new drain plug. When I asked if they had replaced it, the employee said yes. When I asked why, he said, Well sometimes they have to be replaced because of the pressure theyre under. Thats the most absurd response I could imagine. Mind you, Ive been maintaining and working on vehicles, motorcycles, and heavy equipment my entire life. Replacing o-rings and crush washers is common practice, but Im guessing an employee got carried away with an impact, causing me to have to pay for a new plug. I will never bring another vehicle here again.

I waited almost 4 hours for the work to be completed. I was told it would not be more than an hour and a half. Several customers that appeared to be having basically the same work done came and went while I was there. The man at the counter was very helpful and actually went out and performed some of the work. As compensation for the extended wait, the services were provided for free. I appreciated that but really did not have 4 hours to give that day. I observed the work being done through the window and the problem appeared to be with the person performing the work. He was very slow and seemed to take many breaks. I was disappointed but will give you another chance.

I was very happy with the work they did on my brakes. The people who work there are great to work with. I did not like that there were black scuff marks left on my seat.

I only have one vehicle and couldn’t rent a car locally so these guys ordered the turbo and had it completely repaired in one day. I was able to get a ride home from dropping off my truck so I turned down their offer of a ride but when my truck was ready, they drove an hour, picked me up at my house and took me to get my truck. They have definitely earned my future business.

Quick and efficient and very very thorough thanks to y’all for getting my alignment correct so I’m safe hauling I will return back when in the area for all my Ford needs

Went in for an oil change & state inspection. Customer service was great (greeted me as soon as I walked in, let me know how long it would take for my service, and did exactly what I needed in a timely manner). Happy return customer 😊

Took about an hour, had 3 cars in front of me, i didnt mind the wait time. Everyone was nice. I noticed my passenger seat extremely dirty after needing the cabin filter changed, took my car back and someone came out and cleaned it as best they could. Only suggestion would be to have the employees put a cover over seats before getting in to prevent this. Over all, ive always been happy and impressed with the service i received.

He stated the drivers side rear tire was at 6psi. And asked if we wanted him to fill it.😳. Never have I been treated as well as I was here. They know customer service. I would never go any place else.

Came in on 2 different occasions with 2 different vehicles . First time was an oil change and was told there was only two mechanics on duty so wait time would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours . It took 2 1/2 hours . Second visit was for a state inspection and oil change. I was told the same thing they were short staffed and only had two mechanics and it would take about an hour and a half. Three hours later they informed me that they would not be able to do the state inspection because their machine was down and I should have been told about that when I walked in. Only service they could perform was changing the oil.Very disappointing with a dealership that used to be rated five star. Chairs in waiting room are all torn and need to be replaced. Experiences were unacceptable.

Bought a truck here and have never had a worse experience, terrible salesman and General Manager. I would never buy from them again. When we open a branch in Stephenville we will not be buying our. vehicles from them.

Doubled the price on oil change . I ask why and they said it was the new owners. This is the last time I get a oil change there.

They were very professional and got my car repaired quickly!

The workers were very helpful, professional, and prompt. The college age workers were diligent workers and worked hard. They did not over charge for anything. I will be returning.
