I’ve been looking forward to getting out of my contract with AT&T so I could come back to Verizon- and it was DEFINITELY the right choice for me!! Not only was I able to get the latest model iPhone (12 pro!), but they were running a BOGO sale too!! I ended up getting my phone AND my partner’s phone on an Unlimited plan- for only $40 more a month than I was paying for ONE line at the other place. Thanks Verizon! As for the sales representitive, we worked with Molly- and I couldn’t have gotten any better!! She was so easy to speak to, understood exactly what I needed, made sure that we understood all the billing/trade-in details BEFORE we agreed to a plan- and wasn’t pushy, never tried to upsell us, and made sure we had the best protection plans/equipment for our iPhones...(I’m really rough on my phones, have destroyed several!!) She even found a way to get a discount monthly to help on the bill. Excellent service, totally satisfied with the product/pricing- the experience we had was FIVE STARS, only because you can’t rate a TEN STAR review on Google. Thanks again!

I deliver seminars on customer service, and I would prefer to do business with the staff at this store than with any at any of the corporate Verizon stores where I have done business. Both the cell phone repair service technicians and the sales agents are extremely knowledgeable, personable, attentive to needs, and willing to take the time to explain device functions and not just push sales. David B. worked with me and not only determined the best cell phone replacement for my needs but transferred data and apps and reduced my monthly billing amount substantially as well. No other Verizon store devoted so much time to providing such extraordinary customer service.

I stopped in this store looking for a mobile hot spot for a dead area I had with my carrier. I Was instantly greeted by Ashley R. After some checking and looking at different plans she saved me a ton of money vs the plan I had so I swapped carriers. Now this happens with people every day but the difference is that Ashley took the time to actually help me rather than just try to sale me something. I normally look at dealing with cell companies the same as used car dealers but, with the service I received From this young lady it makes it a whole lot better. I will return here for any future dealings.

If you are in the market for a cell phone, IPad, etc, do yourself a huge favor and call Jeff Adams, the wireless account manager at the Verizon Cellular Sales office. His customer service far exceeded my expectations. He found the very best deal for us, and he is going to be saving us money on our bill from what we have been paying every month. He answered every question I had and then some, is a great problem solver, and just went above and beyond in every way possible.

Hello everyone, I used to go to Mooresville Verizon to pay my bill. Not I drive to the Statesville store and pay my bill. Statesville Verizon center had faster Customer service and I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.

Working with Zach Campbell is a wonderful experience in buying a phone. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He makes sure that you know your new phone and how it works. He lets you know all the special deals that you are interested in. Keeps the payments where people on a fixed income can afford.

I DID have a horrible experience at this store BUT the manager FINALLY got word of what was going on and has fixed the situation. Also a thanks to Cameron for actually talking to the manager about my situation caused by a former employee. They have kept me in the loop about everything theyre doing. Happy with the outcome now

Went to this Verizon store today to pay my bill and talk to a rep about upgrade options. Our reps name was Taylor Shepard, he was amazing! I’ve have a quite a few different reps over the years having cell service with Verizon, and Taylor Shepard is by far the best rep I’ve ever had! He found me deals for trade ins and upgrades that no other rep has ever been able to find for me. He is very personal and connect very well with me! His knowledge of the Verizon system and what I needed personally were outstanding! If anyone goes to this store, be sure to ask for Taylor Shepard! He actually care about what you need and are looking for!

He made sure to answer any questions that I had and made sure that I was happy with the product I was buying. His concern was more on the customer being happy, rsther than making a large sale, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Great experience!

The atmosphere was great. Everyone seemed happy and helpful. Cameron was my rep and he helped me decide on a new phone and made sure i was aware of all my options.

These guys are great. I had to set up a whole new account, switch numbers, found out about some fraud and with all of that going on it was an extremely pleasant experience. David helped me out personally but I definitely feel all the guys there are more than competent and eager to help out. Dont go anywhere else in Statesville if you want a Verizon account.

I was greeted by a very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional young lady, Allison. She could not have been more helpful to taking care of my wants and needs. The phone she had recommended fits me perfectly. Allison and Verizon Cellular Sales will be taking care of all of my future cellular needs.

I can’t remember being this impressed at a Verizon store! Taylor Shepard knows his store and company. We told him what we wanted and what we could afford and he made it happen. He knows the deals Verizon is offering and how we can fit into them to make everyone happy. Very enthusiastic and not pushy at all.

Kirsten Bolick was AWESOME. She pulled out 7 different phones for us to look at and chose from. She explained all the differences with each phone. We didnt purchase our phones that day because we decided to go with the new Note 10 which was not in stores yet. Kirsten mad an appointment with us for her day off because the new phone were gonna be in stores that day and came in special to help us get our new phones and set them up. Had trouble transferring old sprint # to Verizon. After a few days we went to Verizon dealer and were ready to just get a new # when Tyler decided to call a Verizon port # and push it through. Excellent job Tyler! Well be back with our phone needs.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to a great salesman that helped me and my family out during an unexpected trying time upgrading 2 of my family’s cellphones -Christian McGuire- He was super helpful even though he could not fix all of the problems we were having he went above and beyond to try and help us even staying a little past closing time and that was just the first day we went in. Another day he was able to help me lower my monthly bill-it was truly more than I could have imagined. My family will not forget the help he gave us and will definitely go back there and tell all my friends and family to ask for Christian.

I called Turnersburg store several times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone I was even hung up on once! called this store amber told me to just come in. Every time I go here the people are always friendly and really take the time to help you! I highly highly recommend this store! The “real” Verizon store could take some tips from this place!

Ive never had a poor experience at this Verizon store, but my experience yesterday was above and beyond better than any previous experience. I called in yesterday on my lunch break and spoke with Josh. He answered when questions he could over the phone then we set up a time for me to come in after I got off work. From the time I walked in the door the staff was very nice and welcoming and multiple people checked on me while I was waiting for Josh to finish up with a previous customer. Once it was my turn he welcomed my boyfriend and I right on over and the fun began. I wasnt exactly sure which phone I wanted so he brought out all the top options and gave me a play by play as to how each phone works and the specks that each phone offers. He was very friendly and entertaining and VERY patient with me as I took forever to pick a phone. Decision making is hard! (Am I right ladies?) A lot of times going to the phone store for an upgrade can be long and drawn out, and although we were there for about 2 hours, everything went smoothly and we even cut up and had a few laughs. Josh helped us get phones we loved for a great price. He helped us save money and get great insentives. Like I have said, I have always had a great experience with this location, but Josh made our experience that much more enjoyable. 10/10 recomend.

Adam Bridges was an amazing help to us when we were upgrading our family’s phones. We didn’t feel rushed. We didn’t feel pushed into anything.
