Wonderful, honest work done here! Recently bought a used Expedition that has needed a good bit of work done and have had to use their services for multiple repair and maintenance items. Terry is hands down an amazing mechanic and Kristy and Bruce are wonderful front-end staff! Kristy is great at communicating in a timely manner and Bruce is always ready with good car advice. I have never in my life had to wait so long on 2 rear tires to be changed I have been here for 4 hours they are short staffed and they broke my tire monitor sensor and said it would be 79 more dollars to fix it when it wasnt broke in the first place! They broke it and tried to charge me for it! I will never in my life recommend this place to get tires or anything for your car 229 dollars for 2 new tires! Ha!

They are suppose to close at 6:30 I get off work at 5:45 and I got there at exactly 6 some new guy tells me I cant get a oil change because they are about to close. I just feel they should honor the specific times that are advertised but I wont be goin back either way

I came to Mr. Tire to see if they could help me with my flat tire emergency. I spoke to Devin at the front desk and explained what happened to my tire and how I’m 2 hours away from home on a trip to see my family and need to fix my tire before I can head back home. Got inspection today didn’t pass. He said found crack in belt and needed windshield wipers. My wipers work fine and he tried to show me cracks in belt but they are not cracks. Just trying to sell me stuff and I commented about that. The guy at counter continued to go on and on about it . I asked him to be quiet and he refused making matters worse. My belt was a brand new belt just replaced a week ago by myself that is why I know was a lie. Never will go back!

This really, really is one of those places that just seems to want to sell you something. It does not matter if I go in for an inspection or an oil change. This is the first time I have ever failed an inspection. My car is 46k miles on it and was told I needed two front tires. This is after at 28k miles last year when I was told I needed four new tires (which I did replace). Last year, was told my car wouldnt pass inspection unless I got new windshield wipers. My husband told me never to go back last year because he knew my wipers were fine. Because of convenience of the location I did not listen to him. I wasted an hour but one thing I did learn was a lesson! Never again.

I showed up with a damaged tire in hand. They matched my tire, had it mounted and balanced in ten minutes. They had me back on the road in no time.Good friendly, professional service.Id definitely recommend this place to folks that need fast service without a bunch of sales pitches.

$50 new tire $30 for installation/ labor on a rim (not balanced or put on the car) and $30 disposal fee. What kind of sham are you running. Dont go here this place is the definition of scam artist mechanic!

My wife and I both facilitate the Statesville Mr.Tire location for all of our automobile needs. The unremarkable service at this location isnt found very often anymore. When I take my Genesis there with any issues the technicians always are able to solve the issue. Steve, the supervisor of this store, is never too busy to answer my questions prior to having services or repairs done to my Genesis. When I wanted specific tires for my car, Steve was able to order them and a tech installed them all in the same day. I stopped by Mister Tire today because I noticed my TPMS light on. Devin was very helpful with diagnosing the problem! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! All I needed was air in my tires! On a Saturday at 5:20, my tire blew on I-77, after calling Walmart auto center in Statesville who said they closed at 5:00 although the website said they closed at 6, he was very courteous and they offered to stay and wait on me to get there even though I was even more late due to traffic! We had a blowout on our way home to the Pinehurst area and there was no way we’d make it back on a spare tire. Mr. tire helped us out in a huge way and stayed open late to help us out even when they had weekend plans. They were so helpful and we are ever grateful!

I was very satisfied with managers customer care! Answered all my questions, sold me a very competitive tire solution, with an excellent road hazard warranty. The team went out of their way to address my concerns with the tire weights not fitting correctly and interfering with my dually hub caps, and found an alternative bead balancing system solution to balance my tires.Also had my yearly inspection completed at the same time. It is nice to have a one stop shop for these vehicle needs.

I had a flat tire at 6:30 at night and called them to see if they could help me, and they told me to come on when other tire places had told me no. I got there around 6:45 and not only did they patch my tire, I apparently had a clamp on my radiator that had worn out and was causing a leak and they replaced that clamp for me as well! They made my rough day so much better by their wonderful customer service! I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs!

I stopped by Mr tire for an oil change and inspection after 1 1/2 hrs he stated his technician made a mistake and pulled onto the lift incorrectly and damaged the control arm. They would need to take the passenger side support arm off and realign the front end. Not a big deal, I’m a really patient person. After 2 1/2 hours my wife asked how much longer and he stated 30 - 45 minutes and that he could have let us go without telling us they caused damage at all. The comment was uncalled for and left me feeling unsure if they knew what they were doing.

Great time at Mr Tires Auto services. I have brought all my cars multiple days at anytime of the day and have always been taken care of. I prefer this place over any of the auto service shops. Definitely worth going to!!

I highly recommend Mr. Tire! I called about two tires, was given a quote much lower than NTB, Alray, and Myers, and was able to immediately bring my car in. The customer service is excellent and the tires are excellent. Wonderful work done here. I will certainly come here for my next tires!

We were hours from home with kids in a hot vehicle and needed an alternator and battery. Steven the manager started working on our vehicle right away, made sure it was safe for the highway, and gave us a great deal! He was very understanding and polite. I would highly recommend this place!

After going through the various mechanics in town, Steven and his team at Mr. Tire are a group of amazing young men. I have gotten various things done there, from inexpensive oil changes to complete brake overhauls (which comes with a lifetime warranty to boot). I had to have a flat changed at NTB (because they were the only ones open o a Sunday) and I believe they charged me about 150 for their cheapest tire. Steven and his team only charged me 125 per tire and if anything is wrong with it, they will replace it with their 12 month warranty. They also honor AAA members, too.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my car to get inspected and they would only pass it if I bought 3 new tires which totaled about 600 dollars. I declined and went somewhere else where I only needed one tire and passed my inspection saving hundreds of dollars. I would highly not recommend this place!

They were fantastic! Went in to get a plug, ended up having trouble with the wheel locks. The tire ended up not being repairable, but was still able to get a tire and get back on the road in roughly an hour. Highly recommend these guys. Steven was incredibly nice and helped me with my situation of the key for the wheel lock being incorrect. Word to the wise, if you have wheel locks installed by the dealership, make sure the key fits before you need tire service.

I was driving back to Florida from being on vacation in Virginia when my back tire blew. With the help of my insurance company, I found Mr. Tire and even on a holiday, the employees were willing to stay behind to help get my car back on the road.
