Had a very concerning warning come up my Explorer’s display while on I40. Went to O’Reilly’s and they assessed the situation quickly and referred me to Bill Martin’s Tire. They could not have been better to deal with. It took some doing, but they got me back up and running. Amp was especially helpful. Sorry I was just passing through on the way back to Durham. I’d give them my tire business in a heartbeat.

Bill Martin is always dependable to fix car repairs. JENNY is very nice and knowledgeable . She keeps the place hopping! I wouldnt take my car any where else for repairs because I know it is done right and reasonably. I highly recommend Bill Martin to anyone needing car repairs! They are the best!

Traveling through NC and I had an emergency flat tire. I pumped it up as much as possible and was able to make it to Bill Martins Tire and I am SO glad I did! They are very friendly, genuine, and hooked me up with a new tire fast. I am lucky to have found them! Great place!

I appreciated their helping some travelers in a bind,and needing a bad tire replaced at 4:30 on a Wednesday. Billy is very customer oriented and his 2 sons as well...I recommend LOCAL always!

Lesson learned, if you have a good place you can trust stick with them. Never would they let me drive an unsafe vehicle. I moved and decided to go with the Firestone tires at their dealership. Been driving on a defective tire that made my van sound like it was falling apart. Saying it was the breaks, then van was too heavy, left it sitting so the tires flattened, the cold was making the thumping noice. Im returning them and having Bill Martins put me on a new set. I will drive to maintain the the good customer service I have received for years. Im back to a happy camper!

Great experience, called ahead for RV tire said they have in stock brought my tire in and had me out in minutes, they are as good as the Nascar pit crews!!! Ill be back for my future tire business thats for sure. Dont bother calling the RV CENTER in Statesville they dont stock any tires.

Normally I do not have a problem going here but yesterday, I did not like what I saw. The waiting area is small and of the 5 other customers in the waiting area plus the 3 workers was not wearing masks. Since what I needed done was not going to take long, I checked in very quickly and then when outside and waited in the cold. None of the employees were wearing masks that was working on the cars.

This is more of informing the owner on some constructive criticism for the company. I don’t know what kind of business tactics y’all use, but considering I’m not a regular customer I feel like y’all took that to your advantage and rushed to do what I asked so you can move on to the next vehicle thinking I wouldn’t notice. Also, reading some reviews I seen the negative ones were by younger folk. I was obviously younger and I think y’all tried taking that to your advantage too.Don’t get me wrong, I really do appreciate y’all resolving and replacing your mistake on my vehicle, but it shouldn’t have been a problem (especially since it could’ve been avoided) just like it wouldn’t have been a problem if I were one of your regulars. All I’m saying is, y’all don’t understand what other people got going on in their daily lives so being considerate wouldn’t hurt nobody. Some of us ain’t as fortunate as others to chuck out money no problem to fix something.For every mechanic there:Maybe try treating each vehicle you work on like it’s your own. There’s no other “right” way to do things other than that. Also, make sure you charge people for what you actually done.Really hoping this will benefit the next guy!

Best place around for tires and service. Only downside is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait but thats because they are so popular and do excellent work for reasonable prices. Ive enjoyed some good conversations with other patrons while waiting. There is indoor and outdoor seating and it is close proximity (walking distance) to two restaurants, a pharmacy, and a convenience store with fueling station.

I specifically made an appointment so I could get in and out for a simple vehicle inspection. I was ten minutes early and yet did not leave until almost noon. They blamed Raleigh for not sending another vehicles inspection papers through therefore I had to wait. Not sure why I couldnt get inspected and wait on my paperwork. I saw many vehicles going in and out that came after me. Very frustrating. Will not return.

Would be a perfect inspection stop, only did take a minute..but if not busy..not doing a good job...highly reccomend

I do not suggest letting you daughter or wife come alone.They tried to up her because she was a female by herself who knew nothing about vehicles.

While travelling through North Carolina while on vacation, our van blew a tire. I took the van to Bill Martin Tire to replace that and another worn tire.The crew there took care of us right away. They were pleasant to deal with and professional, didnt try to sell us services we didnt need, and respected our pricing needs. They also gave me advice on an issue we were having with the cooling system.The work was done well and in a timely manner. If I lived in the area, I would be a repeat customer.

Had a trailer brake and hitch installed on truck. They did ok on that. The problem I had when I got my truck back the battery was about shot and barely had power to start. Either the truck power was left on overnight or the terminals were not properly reinstalled. So it cost me an additional $120.00. I called them after I got the new battery to see if they cover damages. They said out of 36 years they never had that issue and the same guys have been working with them that time with no problems. So if this happens to you now there is a record through Google that this does occur.

I needed new breaks and these guys got me in same day. Due to a mix-up on the suppliers side, they got the wrong part the first time. They stayed late to get me back on the road same day. Service was great, and the price was reasonable as well.

I must say, the service could not be better and prompt. I have taken my 3 vehicles there for service, brakes and tires in recent months.. on one of them, I mention to please replace all pads on all 4 wheels and tires., based on dealer recommendations. I declined the dealer service due to higher cost. After I bring the car to Martins, I was told that I only needed brakes on 1 set not both. ... straight up true professional and honest service

I stopped by on a whim when my tire light came on during my daily commute. I had wore my tire down to the Steele. They were honest, friendly and fast.

Ok I mean I could go on and on about this but needless to say they just took my money for an alignment and maybe even tried to adjust the toe but it came back out of wack worse than when j dropped it off and without a print off... For good reason. Cuz when I asked for one they had to put it back on the rack and print it off and it was a big hassle to them. My rim was bent so the rack would never give the same alignment. Thats something that should have been checked for and heck maybe even suggested an upsell!??? The laser things that measure your alignment hook to your wheels. So when the car is pulled forward then back and cant seem to ever get the green light on the rack to go *ding* may have been a clue. But nope they just took myoneyband seen I wasnt going to spend thousands at there shop and neglected to really give me the service I deserved. Meineke gave me an alignment print out that said I was out of alignment and I marked all the adjustment bolts with a paint pen and used a hidden camera to know meineke was giving me an honest aligent check. Then took it to whites tire and they discovered the bent wheel and told me how it will never lign up correct until that was fixed. Again this knowledge was free. Bill Martin only treats people well who spend tons of money. Anyone else they take what few bucks you are going to throw at them and move on to the next spenders. I am so dissatisfied! After all this I finally fixed the rim and tire myself and did the toe myself. Put it on an alignment rack for free again and I was within spec. I asked for a 2 wheel front alignment and they did a 4 wheel. Not toention they put so much camber in the rear it was way out of factory spec or even the aligent machines spec. It looks like my car has been lowered and u can tell they just cranked the adjustment bolts as far negative as they could go. There are little nptches on the adjustment bolts to tell you how far you have went. The only good reviews from this place are people who dont know how to turn a wrench and those who have tons of money and they make them feel like they are getting a good deal. I thought they were above the small time shop Hussle but when my car came back without a print out I knew to be suspicious and I was right!

Tire pressure light came on while traveling from asheboro to waynesville. I pulled over to google auto store and bill Martin tire was 8 minutes away.i went right there ... I d pulled off I 40 at their exit!! I explained my issue, they jumped right on it and corrected my problem and I was on my way. This happened on Friday afternoon when I d evacuated from hurricane Matthew. These folks were a God send and my charge was a thank you.! THANK YOU!!

Spent 642 USD to replace all 4 tires.Expensive.1 tire had a major defect (Egg as big as a fist).Defect was identified with yellow marks prior to assembling. Bill Martin Tire intentionally decided to use a defective tire on my car.This is a major safety concern. This tire could have blown any time.Unacceptable. Avoid Bill Martin Tire.
