Not impressed by this place at all. Paid to have tow package installed and visor tint on 2020 Explorer. When I pain for it they told me if I had it there at 9 on Friday morning they could get both done. Well they called at 430 Friday afternoon and said it was ready. When my wife went to pick it up she got in car and seen the visor tint was not done. Went back inside and asked about it and after they called and said it was ready they didn’t even realize the tint had not been done. They wanted to schedule another time but we got a refund and will get it done somewhere with better service. So if you get things done here make sure you check behind them. Makes me wonder how well of a job they done on the tow package and I sure will be checking myself.

Service was outstanding. Nice Room to chill in with tv couches while they upgrade your ride. Very clean and sanitized environment.

I had one the best experience ever. Talk with Jim about setting up a stereo system in my truck. He told me what I should get gave me a fair price and installed it in no time. I am beyond happy with the system in the truck and will highly recommend these guys for any accessory you may need for your truck.

I’ve had work done at this business, and I have referred all of my family and friends to this business. We are loyal to this company and have been for years.I have a lifetime warranty with this company for work that I needed complete for my car. Well, the time has come for me to use me warranty.I called a month ago to use my warranty, and I was told that the person who does the specific work only does it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I explained that I do have a job and would not be able to come on those days, but I would have to request a day off at my job to get the maintenance. I was patient and understanding. I also explained that I didn’t have my paper work.The point of contact told me that they SAW my information in the system and I could come as soon as I get a day off.The day has come, and I can finally get the maintenance. I was told that my information was NOT in the system, and I needed to provide my paper work. I explained to the point of contact that I had spoken to someone a month ago, and I was told that they person saw my information in the system, and I needed to find the time to come in.THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS NOT TRUE. This business will not uphold their contracts. I would go some other business that’s loyal to their customers.My family and friends will be notified and will not do business with them any longer.

Made appointment to get windows done at noon. They finally got it done by 330. If they say have it there at 12, that is not an appointment time so beware or just leave it and come back. I waited and was sorely dissatisfied.

We only go to X-Treem to get our vehicles upgraded! They have helped us get our 76 Bronco looking lean and mean and recently helped us upgrade our 2019 Ford F-250. The folks here are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy!

I want to give X-Treem automotive and tinting a shout out for their amazing work they did for me today on my truck. The quality of work speaks for itself but the kindness and professionalism on top of that was jam up. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to add to their vehicles.

These guys are extremely professional. Their employee that works on bed liners was out the day of my appointment and the owner himself fulfilled the job for me AND let me use a loaner truck for the day. I will definitely come here again.

Tint looks ok. They messed up and had to keep it an extra day. When we picked it up no apology for their mistake or for keeping the car twice the time agreed. Sadly they are nicer before you pay not as much afterward. Will be taking my other car elsewhere. Was expecting more from the reviews. Guess they are just sometimes correct.

Great place to shop for auto stuff.

Had subs and tweeters put in a brand new Chevy Colorado. When I noticed that I was getting hissing and buzzing sounds coming from my tweeters. Also when I turn my signal lights on the subs are making noise along with the blinks of the lights. I took my truck back and explained my problems and was told that it was my truck and not the speakers or their work. On top of that I was told that I would have to come back later before they would even check it. Now I have very expensive decorations unless I have my music turned up all the time! Will not recommend or be going back!
