After paying these so called professionals to put a system in my try and listen to the guy who installed the system in my truck told me to leave my eq and amp the way he sat them my speakers blew And then I take them backAnd the guy byrd who works at the counter says we have to send them back to sundownHe doesnt offer to fix it by putting two more Sundown speakers in it like kimballs or any other professional would have7A about 2 weeks go byNo one contacts me I contact himHe doesnt know nothing about my speakersThree four weeks go by still nothing about my speakersSo I go out and I buy me some new speakers and I have pimples install themI havent had a problem with him sinceFinally a month and 2 weeks go byI

I came in November to have some tires installed. I have reverse mount rims, and I could not find anyone else to do them. I called them, received a good quote, and was able to come right in with no wait. I will be coming back here any time I need tire services.

Called to ask a few questions. Employee didn’t seem interested in helping me at all! Told me that they weren’t able to instal a new lift on my truck. Would be able to do anything with my truck because it if already lifted. Even brought up that I’d pay for a new one

Had an excellent inventory ..very clean and eye catching facility...waited around about 30 mins before waited on then seemed as if my business was not important answered phon calls 3 times talked to other customers after about 1 be was told they couldnt get the tires I needed...will not get any more of my tire business....

Called up James and Bird at wholesale customs to bail me out of a jam 2 days prior to leaving for a lake trip. They jumped on it immediately, ordering all my equipment to be overnighted to their store. These guys stayed until 8pm to finish my wake tower and sub in my boat!! Might I add it was a Thursday night on a holiday weekend! I got immediate great service for a great price and my boat sounds awesome! Could not be more happy. I will definitely suggest them to all my contacts and use them for everything moving forward. Great bunch of guys!

I did not enjoy my experience here! I took my car in to have my speakers replaced and had the same problem after I purchased speakers. Went back and forth 4 times to correct the problem! Finally after new speakers, a new deck and 4 visits it was just a wire that needed to be replaced in the beginning! I also have missing screws and broken parts in my car from them doing the work and installing equipment improperly. I dont recommend this company for the needs of your vehicle. Maybe it was just me they didnt care for. But I never met them and they didnt know me from anyone else. Ill never go there again.

Got rims and tires from these guys looked great......very expensive I think because I was a women.UpdateThe tires they put on my car did not fit my new rims I purchased from them. Which caused during every day driving one of the back rim to get damaged on the road. Will be trying to get this corrected. Guy would not return my call after IvI spent a lot of money with you guys will never return here women do not go and do business with these guys without a man. Or just dont go here period.

Took my 2016 GMC Sierra for a 3.5 lift, tires mount/balance, and a light bar installed behind the grille. The price was great and the service was quick and of great quality. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Good equipment

I brought my 1992 suburban here to get lift spindles put on. When they put it all back together they managed to tighten down the bushing on the passenger side shock of my truck so tight they destroyed them and those had to be replaced. They left the washer that held the bushings on the top of the driver side shock off all together. On top of that, they managed to cross thread the threads on the sway bar end links, so The sway bar has a decent about of play in it now. I called to inform management about the issue and they didnt seem to care. I got no apology just instructions on how to fix the issue, which should have been done right the first time. Id be wary of taking a vehicle there. You might save money up front, but fixing their mistakes are going to cost you more in the long run.

Was sent here by my body shop to get a new tonneau cover to replace one damaged by hail. Was told the install would take about 45 minutes. When I inquired about how much longer it would take, the guy at the counter would not even acknowledge that I had spoken. Worse customer service ever! The only bright spot was the installer. Very professional! Need that professionalism at the counter. I will NEVER go back!
