They changed the code so uhaul didnt know how to give out keys. I drive 30 miles for nothing amd now I dont have the truck I need.

I am so upset with the unprofessionalism with this location. I called 2 months ago to reserve a storage unit and was told that I did not need a reservation since they rarely sell out of the small storage units. I called again at the beginning of this week and was told that there were many units left and it would be no problem to come on Thursday and reserve the unit. My daughter gets to U-Haul and is told that the small storage units are sold out. This is poor business. Why wouldnt they take a reservation?? I will never recommend this business as their prices are a hook to get there and now we have to find another storage unit that will be 10x the cost of the U-Haul unit.

I love this place, best Uhaul and storage facility Ive ever rented from. Mrs Denise and Mr Steven are the most caring and nicest people Ive known and not to mention the rates there are awesome. Ive never had an issue with them, plus their trucks are always clean and extremly dependable. If you want a excellent truck with awesome customer service then GO to Uhaul on Pamela Way. Theyll get you right and have you coming back every time. Keep up the excellent work you guys and I thank you for your business.
