I went in and needed help finding the perfect home, I was greeted by Devon who discussed some great choices with me. I really liked the Victorian and while we were speaking I met Amanda as well who walked with me and gave me a tour to make sure it would meet all of my needs. Overall they have an excellent staff who are very knowledgeable of their inventory and products they can obtain! I cant recommend this place or the lovely staff enough. I will be doing business here and bringing all of my family and friends in need of their next home!

They will get u in a home then its been 3 months and they still have not come to fix it

I dealt with Devon throughout the whole experience and he was always professional no matter how many times I called or any question I had. All of the workers sent to my house were professional and explained everything they were going to do to me. I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a quality home to give them a chance. Unfortunately I wasnt able to buy a home with them but they did everything humanly possible to quantify me,and I would recommend this Company...thank you Devon and your beautiful wife for trying to help my family. One day I will try again.

UPDATE: Devon came to visit our home after Live Oak sent their “contractor” out a few times to destroy our home, Devon agreed several things needed to be fixed and done right, Ricky (AAA service employee) came out and fixed everything the way it should have been fixed the first time! Ricky does an amazing job and has the best customer service. Live Oak on the other hand...they need a complete rehaul of employees! We still have a few things that need to be fixed and we will update once it is done!

BUYER BEWARE!!! AAA WILL NOT HONOR THEIR LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE. I SPENT 2 MONTHS WITH THEM GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF BUYING OUR HOME. AAA PROMISED ME A PRICE THROUGH THE DEAL BUT WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO IT, THEY WANTED MORE THAN $7000 THAN WHAT WE AGREED UPON. WE HAD TO GO DOWN THE ROAD AND GOT THE EXACT HOME WE WANTED FOR $7000 CHEAPER. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. SHOP AROUND.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! SHOP AROUND AND FIND A DEALER THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I TRIED AAA AND THEY COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME. THEY HELD US UP 2 MONTHS BEFORE WE REALIZED THAT THEY DID A BAIT & SWITCH ON US. THEY TOLD US THE TOTAL PRICE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE BUT WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO THE CONTRACT THEY WANTED OVER $7000 MORE. BIGGEST MISTAKE COMING HERE. WE WENT DOWN THE ROAD AND WERE TREATED RIGHT. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE. JUST PASS BY AAA AND GO RIGHT NEXT DOOR AND YOU WILL BE TREATED RIGHT.

If I would have known how these people would have treated us I would have never brought a house from these people its been now almost 5 months and they gave her keys away in the first week to someone else and they have yet to give us keys to our house stuff in the house is damaged they have yet to come out and fix it they would not return my calls we emailed them like they say to do they dont respond back I will get a lawyer soon cant believe how they treat people
