Today when I went to pay my rent, I had a very interesting experience with William Webb (the owner). I understand that putting cash into the drop box is not smart at all. Since I am a bartender, I had my entire rent payment in cash so I decided to run inside and give them the money. Of course, with the expectation of getting a printed receipt with the company letterhead on it (because I have done this exact thing many times). The owner proceeds to ask why I want to pay in cash, and tells me that it “complicates” things . I explain that because I am a bartender/server, I normally have cash on me . He says that because it’s cash, there’s no paper trail and if something happened and they said that “they didn’t get the money” then I would be responsible for paying again . I explained that I thought the realtors that work at that office should be able to be trusted and would be responsible for handling the money accordingly, but regardless I would have a receipt saying that I gave them the money . He pulls out an old receipt book and said “anybody can fill out a receipt “ and “what if I got amnesia and completely forgot about giving you this receipt, then it wouldn’t matter”, which is weird ... considering I have ALWAYS gotten a PRINTED receipt . Wow . All I can say is wow . I feel that I should be able to trust the people who I am giving my rent to a little more than that .I went ahead and took my cash back and went and got a money order . The entire time I’m waiting for him to fill out a receipt for the money order, he is determined to “teach me a life lesson about checks”. I guess he was assuming because of my age and the fact that I had cash, that I lacked knowledge of the security that checks have to offer . Which is extremely disrespectful because I’m positive that if I were an older tenant, I would have not gotten that speech at all.The whole experience was baffling . I cannot believe that the owner blatantly insinuated that him or his office cannot be trusted to be responsible with their tenant’s money. In my lease, it states that I CAN pay with cash and I’m just in awe at the standard that the OWNER sets for his office.****In response to the owner’s comment : I know the benefits of a checking account, especially since I have had one for YEARS. Honestly, if my lease says I can pay in cash then I should be able to pay in cash with no issue . I should also be able to trust that the payment gets where it needs to go safely . I gave you a very appropriate review and your response verified that . Also, I have always gotten a printed copy with a company letterhead on it, not just a handwritten receipt and those have copies that stay in the book it was written out of. Pretty hard to “forge”.

Jeff Graham has been the most unprofessional realtor I have ever met. He has tried to pressure me into doing things that are unethical and contacted my realtor and her broker and behaved in such a way that I have chosen to not even purchase the home I wanted because I dont feel safe living somewhere that he would know where it was! Please be careful when dealing with this man if he doesnt get his way things turn ugly very fast. I have contacted his broker along with my realtor however I received the that doesnt sound like him at all response. WHEN SOMEONE WALKS AWAY FROM A HOME PURCHASE BECAUSE OF YOUR AGENTS BEHAVIOR TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!

Victoria, was very helpful and mindful of our needs. My husband and I are both disabled. She helped us locate a home that required little work to make assable to us. Very friendly and courteous!

The worse experience I have ever had with a realtor. Never answers phone. Hard to reach by phone, text, and email. Never explained the process for buying property. I would not suggest this realtor for anything?😞
