02/11/2021 @ 1:03pmI called and made an appointment for windshield replacement. My appointment was for today (2/11/2021) between 8am-10am. I texted around 10:10am asking when they would arrive. Still no answer. My husband called and the owner told him he wasnt sure who was supposed to do the repair and why they werent there but he would check on it. That was around 11am. Still nothing, wont answer calls or texts. Im happy that others got such great service but I didnt receive the great service that others have spoken of. We all have bad days and have things that come up, but thats where good communication goes a long way. Not answering calls or texts is unprofessional and if you cannot perform the service, then just say you cant. Now, a whole day has been wasted waiting and now I have to hire someone else. Very unprofessional.

Highly recommend for any of your glass needs! They were very responsive to my call, and able to come the next day to replace our windshield. They arrived on time, well within the projected window of arrival. Chris was very friendly and professional. Maintained social distancing and mask when I came out to inspect the work he did. I will definitely be using them again, and highly recommending to all of my friends!

Do not call this place they make an appointment then do not show up nor will they answer calls the day of appointment.

I messaged them at 7pm and they responded immediately with a quote and then ordered my windshield. They were quick and cheap. My windshield looks just how it did brand new!

Highly recommend. Safelite wanted $360 to replace my windowshield, Auto Glass Service wanted less that $200. The gentleman who replaced my windshield in my driveway was honest and professional. Replacement took less than an hour. I searched high and low for a company who could replace my windshield in the Savannah area, and this company is the best. They showed up on time and ready for the job. Customer service was spectacular as I received appointment verification and timely responses to my questions. I hope I won’t have another windshield replacement, but if I ever did, I would use this company again. Well done Auto Glass Service!
