I had a screen replaced, good service .. ended up buying the bundle pack which is a great deal. After paying for the screen repair I realized there was an issue with my speaker that didn’t exist before the screen repair, I brought it back and it was fixed ... no problem, great customer service. I even had a great conversation with the excellent repair tech (John) I would highly recommend this business over ANY competitors.

I don’t have their names that helped me, but I had a battery case that ended up breaking & the charging port broke into my brand new phone, so I could not charge my phone or plug my headphones in. I went in & the guy got it out within a minute. I wanted to pay because I had been trying to get it out myself and couldn’t, but they wouldn’t let me! They also offered to special order me another battery case that doesn’t plug into my phone that way I can’t experience that again! They were so helpful & so informing. I plan to go back & do their $50 deal for the 3 year warranty. Very thankful they were so helpful!
