People were friendly. The Citrus Solution did smell very fresh. I didnt think that they spent as much time cleaning, but it did help. I would not have them do furniture as they scrub with a brush by hand and dont feel that it is thorough enough!

Citrusolutions did a WONDERFUL job with my parents’ carpet. My mother is a smoker and our dog occasionally uses the bathroom in the house, but when they left it looked and smelled like new! Michelle was great in handling our last minute rescheduling and the guys they sent out were quick and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning needs. The price is great, they did an amazing job, and they’re extremely friendly and hard-working.

Chris did a great job getting the smell and stains out of a couch that we had recently purchased. Had dog smell and tough stains. The smell was completely gone and 80% of the stains as well. Didn’t take long and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend

The home was a foreclosure with what I thought was completely ruined carpet. There was no way this carpet could look new again or smell good. What I saw before my very eyes was truly a miracle! The before and after was amazing! I have since then referred them to numerous customers of mine (buyers & sellers). There pricing is reasonable and in line with other companies yet you can believe that if they cant get it clean no one can. The citrus smell afterwards also leaves your home smelling so clean and fresh. I had a great experience with them and will continue using them. We were in search of a company that did tile and grout cleaning. The closest company was Stanley Steemer in Savannah. After calling CitruSolution, Jonathan stated they were about to begin offering this service. Jonathan and his father Bob came out to our house and were extremely punctual and professional. Our grout looks brand new and is now sealed and protected. You can tell they take pride in their work and their company. I could not be happier! Used this company and about 2 hours after carpet dried stains starting coming back and the clean smell was gone!!!! we immediately texted the number that called us, with pics and told them we were very unhappy. No one bothered to get back to us this was on a Fri. I figured mon somebody would call no!!i wanted a refund to get a real carpet cleaner. by mon they cashed the ck. We left for 4 weeks just got back ands all stains are back in full!!! Think twice
