These guys were awesome and its unfortunate that I never caught the name for the person that helped us with our apartment flood. I really appreciated all the help and hard work, and even the explanations for what was going on! Even when I had a cranky attitude from an unrelated issue, they never stopped being personable and kind. Made a whole stressful mess a lot easier to handle! Thank you!

I’ve had to have 4 people (repair, maintenance, etc) come into the house since the COVID started. Not once did the previous once ask should they wear a mask or what I was comfortable with in terms of interaction. When my property manager contacted me that my landlord was offering a carpet cleaning - I was hesitant as it would be more involved than my other visitors. But I accepted. I can’t remember who came (unfortunately). But he called and was actually able to come by early (!). When he got here he stood back from the door until he could ask if I wanted him to wear a mask. And once he found out I had one room that wouldn’t be cleaned (it’s my junk room and I didn’t have time to clear it for cleaning) - he even suggested I hang out in there so we further decreased risks admittedly hadn’t though of that, but was a great idea.All to say, I appreciated that. He was in and out in a timely manner. I have a small space anyway, so it was quick. And everything looks great!

Great service all the way around. They were able to come quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning our upholstered furniture. It gets a lot of use and they made it look new again. This is also a local business that gives back to our community. We definitely recommend calling the All Star team when you need carpet or furniture cleaned!

Service was great, came a little early too and finished the job promptly. Carpet looks good as new now!

These guys are great! I called and set an appointment. they were on time, and very polite. They cleaned my carpet, and my tile in the bathrooms. The grout in my bathrooms look new. Wow! I will have them come back every year!

From start to finish, everyone I worked with was great! Mr. Ricky came out to take care of normal wear and tear on my almost white carpet and a puppy accident on my white and tan tweed sofa. Both my carpet look and smell brand new! His work is worth EVERY penny!

Cover/roof over drive thru ordering menu area is terrible!! Got soaked while it was raining!! Too small!

While the people who came to clean my apartment carpets were very pleasant. The customer service at the office is horrible. The attitude of the woman that I spoke with over the phone was very uncalled for especially when it takes them longer to set up the equipment than it does to clean the actual carpet. Again, 5 stars for the people who came out, but 0 for the person that I had to speak to.

The work was quick at best and I dont like having someone come into my house and be rude to me.

The people that drive the vans around are horrible drivers. They don’t use turn signals and they cut you off without even looking. Very dangerous! I’ve seen it countless times and had it happen to me personally quite a few times. beware if you see them on the road!!
