Always had great services with them never had a problem. Best in town you asked me! Would recommend them over anywhere else! Mr. Victor is the best . He does his job the way he should. Gotta love Mr. Victor.

If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved a vehicle a month after in advance of my event date. I receive a call from Victor and was told that there were no vehicles to be rented...a day before my reserved pick up time I had scheduled. Instead of offering a solution, he responded with “Sorry, did the best I could.” First, how can you not ensure you have a vehicle ready to rent when it was reserved a month out? Second, how can you not provide good customer service and offer or look for alternatives. I highly suggest anyone looking to rent a car to go some place else!

I usually dont have bad experiences with them and didnt understand the low reviews, UNTIL I did. I reserved a car online on Saturday for our family vacation. We are leaving tomorrow (Thursday) and they just contacted us this EVENING to say they wont have a vehicle. Seriously its the day before our trip! Now we have to run around and try to find something last minute! Horrible way to run a business! They offered an apology. How about offering a vehicle! The rental place is located at a car dealership. Im sure they had something! We will not be renting from them again.

I don’t understand why so many bad reviews, I had an excellent, hassle free experience with Savannah car rentals (Statesboro Location). Mr. Victor was nice and friendly great customer service, he even called me 3 times to confirm my reservations. I will Definitely be using Savannah car rentals again. 😀😀😀

Cant never get no car from this place. I done tried for I know over a year. Im starting to believe he pick and choose who they give cars to. Never trying again

We had the absolute WORST small business experience with this company. We reserved a vehicle a month in advance (opting to book with a local business outside of the Savannah airport) for our Hilton Head vacation. We had a printed confirmation for the reservation that we brought with us and had also called a few days prior just to reconfirm that everything was set for our arrival and pick up.When our Lyft dropped us off at the Savannah location, we were told there was NO CAR available for us. They had reservations for over 30 vehicles that day, but only 18 cars available. We were three ladies from out of state stranded with luggage on the sidewalk and they refused to help us or resolve the issue in any way. As a small business owner myself, I was appalled that they would treat customers this way and not follow though on bookings.Thankfully, Enterprise (shout out to Tory!) on Abercorn Street came to our rescue. They upgraded us to an SUV, didnt charge for additional drivers and offered us an even better price than we would have paid at Savannah Car Rentals. They saved our trip and took such good care of us after they heard what we had been through!Savannah Car Company is one business where going small and local is NOT the way to go.

I reserved a car for an upcoming trip that I had about a week in advance. The morning that I was suppose to pick up the car, I received a call from someone name Victor who told me that he did not have any cars returned and he did not have anything to rent to me. He then proceeded to tell me that making a reservation online does not hold a car it just holds a spot. What is that suppose to mean? Why do you even offer the option to “Reserve a Car Online” if it doesn’t actually reserve a car? Now I am without a car for this very important trip and all the other rental car locations in my area are reserved. Also the location is at a dealership so if you want to make sure your customers are satisfied you would do everything possible to help them. I will never use this company again and I will not and do not recommend them to anyone. This company is clearly shady and does not honor its reservations.

Booked a reservation last night, husband took off work in the morning to pickup the rental with our 5 month old baby and drove to Statesboro to pick it up, only to be told they don’t have any rental vehicles available. You would think they could have called first thing this morning!!! What a waste of time.

I called at 8:30am sharp and made my vehicle reservation for 10am on this same day and spoke with a very friendly rental agent. I called back 4 minutes later verifying my pick up time and was told that by Victor that he had no more cars and that a lady was there to get the car that I just reserved 4 minutes prior. I asked when they would have another car available and was informed that hes just telling me like it is and hed call me when or if someone brought a car back. He was rude and not a peoples person, so thats my 1st and LAST time calling them for anything.

Placed rental- and got told a day in advance of my trip that no card were available. Not cool, was going to visit family.

I love this place I recommend this place to everyone.Victor is a nice outgoing person and he works with you . He has some amazing reliable car and prices too .i will not go and rent from anywhere else but this place. Come check out my guy Victor he is the best .

Not so bad place because my friends rented here with no problems, but when I reserved a rental and talk to the guy on the phone my pick and drop off time was suppose to be a 12p and I got there he had given the car away that I reserved and said I told him 11a. Smh, make sure you stay firm on them if you are gone rent a car because they will give your car away with no hesitation or warning!!!

Mr. Victor is absolutely wonderful to work with! His cars are always nice and clean and his prices are the best I have seen! I would never rent a car from anywhere else.

This place will allow u to reserve a rental and then will give the car away at anytime even if youre on time, not only that i reserved the car on a Wednesday for Friday and it was still given away smh... So i feel this might be one of the worst places and this is the second time thats done happened sooo yeh PLZ if u have something important goin on DONT I REPEAT DO NOT COUNT ON THEM
