Terrible and hard to get into parking lot. Lord help you if you need there roadside assistance i was on hold for a whole hour. Just pay a little more and get enterprise, which has an actual office and parking lot and is two minutes from here.
Ariel was very helpful with all of my needs. She got me checked in and on my way in no time at all. I had to extend my rental longer then I originally expected and she took care of everything.. I would use them again as long as she is helping me..
Worst experience ever. Their employees need a lot more training on the vehicles and the process. Constantly had money being pulled out of our account. When asked why they were pulling funds out almost every other day, they couldnt explain. Then when we dropped off the car today, the employee said it was a pending drop off. He couldnt explain that either. So many more problems with them and this was going through my insurance.
What a nightmare! We rented from Hertz for 20 days after an accident took out my Maxima. Insurance paid in full, then 4 weeks later, Hertz charged my checking account for nearly $800. I went to deposit a pay check and was informed that my account was overdrawn! After calling and speaking with 5 different people, Mary was finally able to tell me that someone made a big error and must have gotten confused. I was charged for 39 days worth of a rental (and an additional 19 days after I turned the vehicle in). Not only was I double charged, Hertz also used a debit card number that they still had in order to process a payment without my authorization. I received ZERO phone calls, ZERO letters, and ZERO notification of any of this. This will be the last time I use these crooks and I wish that I could take legal actions against them. I was informed tonight that they were crediting the account back and would also cover any overdraft/bank fees. Save your energy and money.....use Enterprise or another company. Hertz is BAD NEWS! i wish that I could give them less than one star.....these folks are a JOKE! I also forgot to mention that they left the oil cap off of the engine so once we got home, oil was everywhere!

What can I say? It was the eve of Hurricane Matthew and my daughter was trying to fly home to Nevada. Her flight in Savannah was canceled and she had to drive to Atlanta if she were to get out before the storm. Hertz charged her $148/day for a car that was rented for $34/day the day before. I call this price gouging during a disaster.

Called for reservations. Pick up time was scheduled at 1:05pm. But get to location at 1pm and had to wait another hour because the agent went to lunch from 1-2pm even though online lunch is listed as 1230-1pm and also the agent over the phone stated that it was from 12-1pm. Also every other employee who walked by didnt offer to help.
