This is the best place in the area to get a haircut. Its always a great experience and the online check-in system has been a great. Michelle is the stylist I always go to and she is consistently awesome at her work. I recommend this place to all of my friends and colleagues.

I was actually really impressed with the quality of service. I have found only 3 people in my lifetime that can cut my hair correctly, as my high hairline always messes up the barber. But Ansley did a great job. She is now the 4th person who can successfully cut and style my hair perfectly. Warning though, check in before you go or be prepared to wait... A very... Long.. time..

I’ve had multiple problems with this store. They really don’t seem to care wether they retain your business or not. The waits are always extensive and a bit ridiculous in my opinion (Usually 1.5 hour wait times). Once, I was charged double the amount for a haircut by mistake and instead of refunding me the difference, they told me I would have a free haircut on my account for my next visit. Except when I went to get the free haircut, they were extremely rude and acted like I was lying.... until they found the free haircut in the notes of my account. Then, for my trouble they gave me a ticket for a free haircut the next time, but when I went back to use it they wouldn’t let me, stating that it was for new customers only.... Now they’ve started the online check-in mess and if your even a minute or two late, they remove your name from the list. It’s a shame it took me 3 visits to finally decide to take my money elsewhere. Great Clips is a much better/ newer store and the stylists there are so nice and caring. Plus the price is a lot nicer too! Won’t be going back to Sports Clips in Statesboro, or anywhere else for that matter!

Get my haircut here pretty much once a week. Always welcomed to a warm and friendly environment and ALWAYS by my first name. Great to talk to my regular stylist, which makes for an even more enjoyable experience. Would suggest that if you havent been, go check these girls out because they are polite, friendly, talented, and always professional!

I go to sports clips up here in statesboro I usually get a Specific person to do my hair her name Is Bess she gave my son his first Hair cut and was awesome with him she was very patient with him and was playful with him as well as a few other ladies up there every time I come in there but after she was done with his she cut mine and did a awesome job there is very few I can find that cuts my hair right and she does a good job with it and is very nice and as long as she is there I will continue to have Miss Bess cut mine and my sons hair but a couple weeks ago I went up there not knowing she was there so I let this other lady cut it and explained to her how I wanted my hair and then I seen Miss Bess so she walked over and tried to tell her as well but still couldn’t get it she messed my hair up but I let it grow for about 2 weeks and went in yesterday 6/14/19 and signed in online to make sure Bess was working and she was so I went in and like always she did a awesome job on top of having to fix it which she did and did it right so just want to say thank you for doing such an amazing job and for all the ladies that interact with my kids y they sit and wait y’all are very awesome Thanks..... just needed to add one more thing just wanted to say thanks to Michelle for taking pictures for me when my son got his first hair cut I’m am very grateful....

For some reason, most places around these parts cannot fade hair without leaving lines. Its kind of ridiculous, and it got to a point where I just didnt get my hair cut for about 6 months. Ansley took the time to make sure my hair was right, and I havent been as impressed with a cut since I moved to Georgia. Youve got a loyal customer here!

I never thought I’d ever enter a Sports Clips, or a like competitor. A few years ago I was in desperate need of a haircut, and unable to get an appointment with regular stylists to fit my schedule. I had to go to Statesboro, so decided to give Sports Clips a try. I have remained a customer since then, mainly due to the skill, personality, and professionalism of the staff. Michelle, and Kayla both deserve a shout out!

Michelle has been my go to person every single time I come. The place is always clean and filled with positivity. I get greeted as soon as I come in the door and Michelle gives me the perfect haircut every time, and I get my haircut every week. If you haven’t gotten a haircut at sports clips in statesboro you’re missing out.

I have always liked Sports Clips but this one is better than most. Every stylist has done an excellent job and I have never had a sub par cut from them. I recommend them to everyone.

I am totally disgusted with your check in program. It allows an individual to sign in and arrive anytime he wants because he stays on the board in the position of his check in. His turn can come and go as many times past his turn. Then when it is your turn after waiting for over an hour for your turn this person comes in and low and behold you have to wait another 30 minutes. This is totally unacceptable and unfair. Be there when you are supposed to or be moved to the end of the board. I will not return.

Hair stylist did a great job (didnt catch her name) but the prices are ridiculous. Spent nearly twice the amount I normally would on the same haircut I got at super cuts. Wait time was pretty long too.

Michelle is very professional. She is always patient with my rambunctious 6 year old and always cuts his hair as we ask. The shop is clean and prices are reasonable.

Total idiots in there. Went and checked in told the girl I was there for a simple trim back into a Bob type haircut. She was all smiles and told me its be and hour. I left and came back 45 minutes later and had to wait another thirty. So 1 hour wait my ass. Finally they call my name and as Im walking back the girl says oh I hope you dont want a Bob haircut. I showed her the picture and she was like oh no I wont be able to do that. WHAT?!?!? How did you even pass beauty school if you cant so a simple freaking haircut. I am still maintaining my cool she says the girl who can cut it works tomorrow she will be here at 1 come first thing and well get it done for you. So this morning I wake up and am waiting at the door a 12:50. They open the doors and we all file in. Im third in line and I tell the girl checking me in that I want a Bob and the fiasco that happened last night and this mongrol is like oh no shes not here today. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDER QUALIFIED, wouldnt even trust them giving a sheep dog a haircut.

They do a fantastic job, get you in and out quickly. The young lady that normally cuts my was out one day, and a fairly newer girl cut my, while she did an okay job, she really was my listening as I told her how I liked it cut, while the cut was okay it wasnt exactly what I was used to.

Get my hair cut here about every 6-8 weeks. The ladies are nice and they do a good job. Wish they were cheaper, and they do try to upsell you with other services and products, but overall its quick and easy and you normally dont have to wait long.

Now I see kayla every time and im always super happy with my hair every time. Love the girls of this shop and as long as kayla is there I will constantly be a loyal customer.

Often has long waits. Even when it says wait time of 10 mins we typically wait 40. But they are patient with my children and give a good cut.

Usually a good quality hair cut, obviously depending on the dresser. However, no matter what time you come in for a hair cut, youre going to wait for at least an hour. The wait becomes irritating, especially when some of the dressers take 15 minutes to clean their station. Overall a decent place if you can get lucky with your hair dresser.

Good barbers are hard to find in Statesboro. That being said, my haircut was ok. The stylist (female barber?) Seemed very rushed though out my appointment despite there not being many customers in the store. She seemed more focused on selling products than the quality of her work. I was also told after I paid that since it was my first (and now last) haircut there I could have gotten my haircut free (MVP Package). Why did that not occur to you when you were putting my info into your computer? I will likely go back to Ranger Joes in Hinesville for future haircuts as they have better quality, real barbers and cheaper prices. If your a college kid that needs an overpriced half baked haircut, then this is the place for you. This place is a rip off. Two stars because they didnt cut my ear off while working.

Anyone that used Caitlin and is wondering what happened to her. She now has a chair at The Hair Masters here in town. Call and make an appointment, I have yet to have to wait!

I took my four year old son for his first hair cut ever at a barber shop. The stylist Tina did such an amazing job with him that we will be back in for his next hair cut.

Service wasnt bad, but the last two times I have been there they left my hair super uneven, and they did not even cut the back half on top of my head. The new girls are terrible at cutting hair, and should be trained somewhere else besides on paying customers. I do not want to pay full price for a terrible hair cut I am embarrassed to walk around with. I will not pay 20 bucks for a $5 hair cut.
