Ray cut my 18 year old daughters hair and it was her first good experience! When I take her to regular salons she is treated like a child and they look to me instead of listening to what she wants. Every time we have walked out with a cut that was either lazy or not at all what she wanted. We learned a few years ago that a barbershop was her best bet. Even though she was getting closer to what she asked for with barbers it was still a bit of a gamble and we have always been made to feel out of place. Not today, Ray was incredibly welcoming. It actually felt like he was happy we were there. He is an artist, I was in complete awe watching him work! My baby walked out of his shop feeling herself like Ive never seen.

My husband and his brother always used Ray but once his prices started going it seemed as if he stopped caring. His services became lacking and he was rarely on time. They showed up 10 minutes late even though Ray was always more than 15 minutes late and he refused to cut one of their heads even though they had back to back appointments. He was very unprofessional in his demeanor. Very arrogant in his ways even though he hasn’t been cutting well lately. They will not be returning.

The service is always professional and clean. Ray also doesnt mines carrying on a conversation while you are getting a cut which makes it less awkward. The atmosphere is always welcoming and jovial especially if you are a regular customer.
