Stylist said she is booked and by herself. No customers in store and online it gives me a choice of 13 time slots available. Dont lie to me. Be honest you just dont feel like working today.

I called and scheduled an all over hair color, this was confirmed with their employee at the time I called and scheduled.I showed up for my appointment, the women refused to do my appointment stating she was expecting me to be a cut not color. I explained this was my only chance to get it done,and how they even said it was for color she wouldn’t even try to find a way to fix the situation. Horrible customer service, to turn away a customer because they messed up. I’ve gone there several times for myself and my 3 kids but we will not be giving them our business again.

I walked in last week without an appointment and I have to say I was a bit nervous due to negative things I had heard. But I really needed to get my hair cut and I didnt want to wait for an appointment...so I rolled the dice and Im so glad I did! Amanda took me back as soon as I checked in...I was so glad I didnt have to wait. She listened to what I wanted and did an awesome job on my hair! Amanda was very friendly which made it easy for me to relax while she did my hair. When she checked me out I was amazed at the price...great value for a walk in shampoo & cut! I cant express how great it was to get a great cut, so quick & simple, for a great price, from a great stylist! Thank you Amanda, Ill be seeing you again!

Amazing haircuts and prices

Last experience was great. An older lady cutt my long hair talked to me about coloring and highlights. She did just what I asked. Should of went here when I was dissapointed with my haircut at Terrys!!! You just cant fix it when you chop too much. Great job smart styles was in and out in 20 min. Love it!!!

I had a hair trim weeks ago & it was great. Im growing out a pixie cut that a previous hairdresser did for me somewhere else & it was an amazing cut, but I was never warned about the horror of growing one out. So I finally have it growing it out to a stack like I had before Pixie cut. The girl did great. I came in again Thursday & someone else did my hair. When youre in the chair you have no idea how good or bad a cut is until you get home & wash it & style it yourself. Well to my horror a lot of length was taking off that I specifically said no about, my hair was uneven, & not wanting to lay right. I came in on Friday on my lunch break for the manager to fix this. Its almost like they want to cut your hair the way they want it. She goes on to tell me about cow licks & blah blah. Now mind you Im 30 years old & my hair has always been styled beautifully & NEVER had issues with cow licks or whirls or my hair not going right. She goes on to tell me that the cit is great in the back. No maam. After really looking its horrible. My hair is a chopped up mess. So all that work growing a pixie out has gone down the drain. Im not back on the ugly stage of growing pixie out because they cut my hair. My hair is now to the bottom of my ears. When I came in its was longer then that. So upset. And the fact that my hair was a hot mess & the MANAGER admits she doesnt know how to tease. So I go back to work with my hair a mess. It looks like a wig...literally. My hair is awful. Never going back.

So, I usually get my hair relaxed. However, it has been 4 weeks since my last perm so my new growth was starting to come in. I came in to the salon for them to blow dry and flat iron my hair straight. I had little hope in this particular smart styles because I read some pretty bad reviews. Im so so pleased with how straight Tonya at Smart Styles got my hair! She did such a good job! It looks like I just got a perm; it literally is bone-straight! I felt like it was my duty to come on google and give some warm words to my boro smart styles. Tonya you deserved every bit of that 5 dollar tip girl you did a good job!

I was in there Saturday with my daughter we both got hair cuts. My daughters stylist did a great job she loved it however my stylist seemed to not know what she was doing another stylist had to help her and when I got home Saturday night and had the chance to really look at it I am disappointed she didnt even bother to trim the top of my hair.now I am not picky about hair cuts never have been however I WILL NEVER HAVE MY HAIR CUT HERE AGAIN!!

Mixed reviews about this place. Went by myself once and the lady who layered/trimed my hair was nice and did a good job. Second time I went I took my kids for a fade. The lady was very rude to my kids (4 and 6) and didnt do a good job AT ALL. I guess it depends on who you get but being rude, throwing shade at KIDS is unacceptable.

They fit me in as a walk in yesterday. Lynn did a wonderful job and listened to everything I wanted. Very happy with the result.

Haircutter had 2 years experience, last appt for day. Worst experience of my adult life. She asked what I wanted done. I explained and she s2wmed to get what I was saying. She said no players all one. I said yes. She still chopped the back and not even even. She did not show me the back with mirror. She did not blow it all the way dry or attempt to curl it under. Wow. A real shameI would pay 35 for a hair style and walk out feeling good then walk out crying like I need to pay someone to fix this mess. Do t yo yo Walmart hair cutters in Vidalia. Horrible experience. Ask how long they have been cutting hair. Look at license listed. Refuse them and wait for a more seasoned cutter. In looking at her hair In should have guessed she was not qualified to cut mine.

Haircut was sub par to say the least. I have lping hairs scattered all over where they missed them. the attitude of the individual cutting my hair was a veraiin of smart Alec mixed with her saying Im not all here today. Definitely will NEVER get a dime of mine again. Best thing I can say is I was a walk in and was in there 15 minutes.

My service was excellent and I really like the hair stylist they are all nice but the manager is some what rude. I was in there a few weeks ago and she is rude to her stylist. All I have to say is them girls are betta then me because I know theres is no way I could stick with it with her being manager.

I got a fade for my haircut and the fat lady cut it so bad I had to hide it. Then she did my sideburns and they were so messed up that i looked like a freak

Told it would be 15 a 20 mins. After waiting almost an hour someone who came in after us was taken back!! Anywhere is better than here!!!

It sucked. The haircut wasn’t good for the price I payed. My brother still has little hairs that they havent cut and it’s ridiculous dumb. So i will not be comig back either.
