Superb ServiceFront Load Washing Machine Repair (Frigidaire, 13 years old)Called about 1:30pm, explained that machine had stopped in mid rinse run and that I suspected the Front-Loading Door Locking Mechanism. At 4:00 James appeared at our front door. He quickly confirmed the diagnosis, accessed and replaced the mechanism. Took him all of 30 minutes. Wow! Excellent service, total cost was $166, of which $75 was for service call - I give them 5 stars.

The home repair team that services and repairs my worn-out, out dated appliances are the most professional and fair people I have ever used. They get-in, repair and get-out; they waste no time and their prices are absolutely fair for the repairs they do. I even call them about repairs outside their areas of expertise and they refer me. These guys did an awesome job. Showed up when promised - had to order a replacement pump for our LG washer - part price was the same as I found online. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend James to anyone who asks.
I will NEVER use these guys ever again. First they are non-caring (except for the lady in the office), Charge way too much for service fees (make sure you check on this or youll get burned like me), in my opinion double charge on Service calls (in other words, if you have two appliances and one of them is covered under warranty - they charge you a Service Call charge ($UNK) to both to GE and the customer ($100) and then Labor ($50) or top of that, Plus $10 over the list price for each of the two parts ($20), what a racket). I will pay my bill because that is what I do, But in my opinion I was WAY overcharged for a refrigerator water dispenser dripping the size of a quarter a day and then wait 4 months to get it fixed, then when they worked on it and left, the refrigerator is now leaking out of the door like a sieve where iw wasnt leaking before. Nice eh! Oh and we have to make sure and be home all day (inconvenienced) and wait for them to come back and fix it only on Wednesdays! So they replaced $90 worth of parts (one of which didnt need to be replaced, but they claim GE said to do it) and $170 in service call/ labor/ overage fees. I wouldnt recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Customer Service is important to me and they (in my opinion they have zero customer service skills) with exception to the lady in the office, she was nice. I wont be asking them for service EVER AGAIN and I have explained the situation to GE as well. Ive asked for a different Service Provider the next time I need something done on my GE appliances. Whether they admit it or not I do remember asking how much this would cost and never did get an estimate until the BILL came in the mail for ~$270. Its also pretty bad when this is a known issue w/these refrigerators and the customer has to foot to bill for GE to send out repair kits for a reliability issue they fail to resolve.
After they forget to order the part for the dryer that was paid for in store they rush ordered it only to get it two weeks late.No apologies or discounts offered for their own mistake.Will not be back, and would not recommend.
These guys do a great job, get out there quick, and you can trust them to fix your appliances at a reasonable price. Really impressive customer service and response times.

I am NOT happy with Statesboro appliance. They sent somebody before 3 pm to my house yesterday to put my door boot on my washing machine a very simple job and the guy was here for about 10 minutes, long enough to take my washing machine apart and then said he had a different call to go handle. I said okay he told me he would be back in a couple of hours it is now the next day my washing machine is still taken apart not fixed and they were going to charge me 75$. The most unacceptable part is they had my phone number they could have called and told me they werent coming back ! I called this morning to tell them about my experience and I told them not to come back the guy I talked to said Ill see what went on with that and that was that ! I think it was rude and bad business ! HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH STATESBORO APPLIANCE! Also they went and checked out a washer for a friend of mine and they told her she needed a new one however it wasnt her decision so she asked them to write an explanation as to why she needed a new washer they wrote on the paper needs to be replaced very very very rude !
Wow, words cannot best describe the excellent service, expertise and response time of the people at Statesboro Appliance Center. I spoke with a lady who calmed me down about my broken washer. She then called back when she said she would and had an answer for me. Next day they sent out a very friendly and knowledgeable technician who worked quickly, efficiently and was very professional. Good appliance service and appliance parts company. The only downside is their parts price markup is on the high side of other appliance parts company prices.
Ordered an evaporator fan motor for our fridge. When we had it repaired under warranty by Sears it took them over a week to get the part (through PRO APPLIANCE, BOOO!). Less than 6 months later it went out again, after warranty period of course, and SAC overnighted one for about $60. Yea its cheaper on AMAZON but the shipping would have been terrible on overnight rate. Lady was very helpful when my wife called and they called back promptly the next day when they got our part. Thanks for the help SAC!!
