Allen, Chloe and Zoe were amazing, they went above and beyond to assist me .. Their customer service was outstanding and they could not do enough to assist -10 out of 10
Called to complain that packages weren’t delivered properly. Driver seems to be trying to get back at us for doing that.
The people that work here are really nice but the hours are just really inconvenient 5pm to 7pm.
Drives right past the house 2 days in a row and within minutes the tracking number states An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery with absolutely no attempt made. Last winter they left about $5000 worth of packages that required a signature in a snow drift at the end of my 1/4 mile long driveway over Xmas when I was gone for 2 weeks and the tracking stated released to customer which I hadnt given permission to do so

I had moved in saw a package being delivered. I place a relocation package to the UPS store at Hamilton store. I get the confirmation of the change. I got a text stating it was delivered at the Hamiltons UPS Store. I drove 55 minutes to get there and no package. This package requires a signature. The driver took the package and rerouted my package to another location Delaware. Without proper authorization from what I put in the system. I have pictures Texas and proof of all Communications. I spent literally 3 hours on the phone. I should have paid the $5.00 to have it shipped to my new address. But then again would it have been delivered
My package was shipped 12/2 and to be delivered 12/5, even got an out for delivery email. Ive been receiving emails every day since telling me my package is delayed at customs and that I needed to call UPS. Called UPS every day since the 5th and have been told theres no delay and it will be delivered today each time. Still no delivery.. horrible customer service nobody seems to care.
Package supposed to be delivered between 3 to 7 PM. Shows the driver came here at 2:25 on my app left a note with info in a box thats not checked correctly. Now I have to wait and drive to a random location to get my medication. Thanks UPS. Enjoy your well deserved one star.

Wear ear plugs. EVERY ONE uses profanity. Its like they cant talk without swearing. Never a day without hearing the F word. Workers taking the Lord name in vain. EVEN MANAGEMENT ….
100% incompetent. Tried to deliver to the wrong address, I corrected the address, they tried again to deliver it to the same incorrect address. All of their customer service reps have insanely thick Indian accents and can barely be understood. Worst experience ever, how has the USPS not put these jokers out of business?

Mark the front line person and Pat the manager are horrible creatures! I called the UPS number about my package before I headed to this disgusting place, and the automated message said it was at this address and I could pick it up between 5 and 7 pm. I arrived at 5:10 and Mark spent about 2 minutes looking for my package before he said it was on a truck somewhere. I explained that UPS said it was at this location. He said it is not! I tried to ask more questions and he totally ignored me. I asked to see the manager, Pat, a curmudgeonly man, who looked like hed been asleep. I explained that my package was supposed to be here. He mumbled, well its not, and walked away! I went back to Mark and asked if I could meet the driver, he laughed at me, and said the driver would be there around 8. At this point it was in tears and very upset. Then Mark disappears and comes back with my package! So I waited a half an hour for it when it was there the whole time! Mark then said, really snarky, you are welcome! Dont go here, terrible, terrible customer service. Mark and Pat should be fired.
Its a great customer center. Its is open from 5-8pm Monday thru Friday. The sign says only open till 7 that is because if the customer has an air package the air leaves at 6:58.
Stupid. Claiming I owe an extra 10 bucks because they made a mistake. My package is still with them. I shouldnt have to pay to pick up my package because I paid for it to be delivered.
I went there at 6:30AM because tracking said my repaired laptop was loaded on the vehicle. The problem was that the shipper had repeatedly lied to me about when it would be shipped and how it would be shipped. I had a software installer and trainer coming in four hours and no laptop for them to install the software on! I knew the office would be closed but I was desperate. I gentleman came out of the office.... Done with his shift... And asked if he could help me. I showed him the tracking info on my phone and he went back and got my laptop off the truck, smiling all the way. He could have just gotten in his car and left but he didnt... Very grateful.The driver that delivers to my office knows everyones name... Even my volunteers that are only there once a week. He is very kind.
Absolutely useless. Cant even be bothered look up a national account for shipping.
Why UPS does not deliver on Saturdays is ridiculous. Regular mail is delivered on Saturdays, so now I have to wait an entire weekend to get my packages due to this non-working day. Very poor service.
Worst service ever a driver got disciplined for speeding down a private lane and right away that We own and being rude telling me to F off. So driver doesn’t want to deliver packages now to my place and instead made my package 4 days late by kept delaying it in the system multiple times to turn around and make me come pick it up anyway. The customer service center promised to deliver the package the next day and failed to do so because of there poor drivers attitude. These people should be removed from the workforced.
Still waiting for my shipment that has been sitting at the State College distribution facility for 3 days. This is the second time for this item. Ordered a table, the supplier shipped it out quickly and arrived and out for delivery in less than 2 days. UPS arrived, delivered part of the shipment and my daughter witness them pull the table out and it appeared to be damaged so they loaded it back up and left, no knock on the door, no phone call. 3 days go by still no contact. 4th day I look at my tracking and theres a note that it was suspected to be damaged and they would call supplier. I called supplier who had no idea because they werent contacted. Supplier shipped new table out. Showed arrival in State College and out for delivery 4 days ago! Each day rechecked tracking and each day they changed to be delivered that day. Finally on 3rd day called UPS. UPS does investigation and get a voice message they suspect this one is damaged too and have it their damaged section at the facility but havent looked at it yet. WTH!? No updates on tracking to say this, havent contacted supplier, and no indication when IF EVER Ill get my table. Clearly trying to brush it under the rug that they have damaged yet another shipment!
Consider using FedEx when in the State College area. UPS told me my package would be at this location after not even knocking on my door to drop the package off. I was told I could be up the package at 5:30, but when arriving to the center, I was told the package would be there at 7:30, at which point they were closed, so Id have to go back the next day. Awful service, rude people, use another mail service in the area.
Not very good for people who work 2 shift work and not open on weekends 5 to 7 pm Monday to Friday . Need to have better open hours .and need to deliver to place closer to were people have a drop off for packages.
Horrible service. Rude staff who are uneducated and will lie to you. Overall I rate at 0 out of five stars but you have to give at least on to rate. I recommend avoiding this like the plague. Me package tracking info shows that delivery was attended on the 17th but no note no call text email nothing. My brother was on the couch watching tv. So I know the didnt knock. Plus we have a dog and she did not bark and run to the door and she does this everything a person comes to the door. I think ups needs to step up or be shut down.plus only open 2 hours a day Monday- Friday. Dumb, lazy, and unreliable. They run more like a shady smuggling operation than a valid business in my opinion. This is just one opinion out of many tho. And we all have one and they are all different.
Absolutely horrible. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with deliveries being made from here. About 2 months ago I ordered a package and it kept being marked as undeliverable due to weather, we werent even having any sort of weather.. finally saw a UPS truck along my road and I stopped to talk. She said their new boss doesnt let them drive on snowy roads. (Really, even a dusting?) So I call. Lady on the phone sounds annoyed at the drivers comment and tells me that is not true and she will take care of it. Waited an extra week for my package because of that BS. Now, I have a time sensitive package that was suppose to be here Friday, got pushed to yesterday. Track it, it was marked undeliverable because we werent home. We were home ALL DAY!! NO ON EVEN TRIED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE!!! cant even change delivery address because you need the code off the slip theyre suppose to leave when you arent home! Ridiculous.

Whenever a vendor, friend, or family member send me a package via UPS, its always a pain. For some reason they nearly always require signature *in person* to receive the package- which is impossible, since no one is home during the day. Which means I have to fetch the package from their Customer Center -- which is only open 5-7pm weekdays. Which makes me an unpaid UPS delivery person for my own packages.
Terrible experience. Went to pick up a package that says it is there, and the guy at the desk told me it wasnt there. So I went home and called the UPS hotline the3 next day and the woman at corporate told me it was on a specific shelf (gave me the shelf #) and told me to go back to tell the workers which shelf it was on..... Just think its absurd that its my responsibility to tell the workers where my package is, at their own shop.
Lazy and stupid workers. I was polite when they messed up my order. Theyve blamed the sender. Asked for them to fix one number in my apt#. They said they were just going to hold it. I asked for an eta when I can pick it up and they said someone will get back to you within the hour, this happened 3 times. No response.
Awful experience. Paid for 2 day shipping. A day and a half late still no package. No apologizes just a lot of excuses. Dont use UPS or do if u dont actually need the product being delivered. Ups gets 2 big thumbs down.
Very poor customer service, Ive had packages on many occasions at this location for weeks and they had the wrong adress or never delivered and they never bothered to call my number which was on the package or the company that sent it
Today *5/18/19* walking out of state college Walmart driver about Took 10 of us out didn’t even yield or anything after I yelled towards him saying slow the F down
Since my medical supply company has changed to ups, my deliveries are supposed to be at my house by 10:30 the next morning. They are never here by that time and these are medications needed for my health. I have to call and find out where my package is. I also ask them to call the driver to make the delivery. Wish they would go back to FedEx.
