Great service and staff! I had to mail a check overnight to our Real Estate agent. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and reassuring that it would make it there in time. And it did!!

She did what she was supposed to, but i made a casual comment about the fedex website and she didnt even answer me. just not friendly much. it could be because management makes it a lousy place to work, too.
Two damaged packages and now two refusals to deliver because its not due until the following day. It was on the truck, listed as being delivered, then it was taken back bc it wasnt due. Terrible customer service from the 1800 number.Update: terrible service continues! The driver marked the the package as no one home even though he never knocked or rang the doorbell. Absolutely abysmal service continues
Calling center Is extremely frustrating they make a repeat questions 4,5,6 times, when they repeat something back its often something you never said because they dont understand English. They missed packages on a daily basis not dependable not accountable lazy people. If I could mark negative 10 on the rating I would but once the least you can give them on here

I had to jump through a trillion hoops with a company to get my product serviced. I ended up having to ship it in and I have never done this before. 👍JANE saved the day literally helped me with each and every thing I would need to complete the shipment down to her securing it with tape! She was the sweetest people like this is why I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to get service from fox hill location. THANK YOU JANE!!!!!
I never use FedEx if there is any other option. The drivers lie on the ticket times when they leave a door tag, its impossible to get through to anyone local by phone - youll end up talking to someone who cant figure out how to take a door tag number. The door tag doesnt even bother to tell me when they might make their next attempt. You know, like Ive got nothing better to do with my life than wait in on the offchance they decide to actually deliver a parcel.The staff at State College are reasonably helpful if you go in, its just a shame the rest of the company is so useless you ever have to go in.

My experience here was everything you could hope for in service. The staff were great. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I brought in my items already boxed and marked for postage. It was a smooth process.

Drivers do not make ANY ATTEMPT to deliver packages. They leave a note without ringing doorbell and knocking. Dont bother wasting your money on next day delivery because its a scam. Use UPS or USPS instead.
A little out of the way, but service is great. Enjoy going out by the airport.
