The trainers are very friendly and push you to continue to work hard. By far the best gym in the area if your looking for community involvement and High Intensity Workouts!
I joined F45 my last semester at Penn State and I wish I did way before that! I look forward to going to classes because of all the different moves and types of classes. No class is ever the same and that’s what I really enjoy about F45. Everyone is so welcoming and motivating! Highly recommend if you are looking for a face paced, constantly changing workout with great music!

I began going to F45 State College in my last semester of college when the university gyms were still closed due to covid. My workouts have never been so intense yet fun. The upbeat environment, great music, variety in workouts, and motivating trainers have made me look forward to working out. I would highly recommend F45 for all fitness levels and goals.
I recently graduated from Penn State in the spring and I am honestly the most upset about leaving my F45 family!!! I had been going to F45 for three years and still got upset if I had to skip a day. The energy is amazing, the trainers are super helpful and encouraging, and constantly pushed me to give it my all every time I stepped through the door. It was never a chore to get my work out in, it was 45 minutes of my day that I looked forward to. It is the quickest and most efficient work out. A great study break, an even better sweat, and surrounding by the best people! I miss F45 State College!
I absolutely love F45! I just finished my free week and am signing up for an unlimited membership!! The classes are a quick 45 minutes and you’re out of there, which makes it so easy to fit into your schedule. I love the mix of weight lifting and cardio they provide!
I have been going to F45 since I returned back to state college. The coaches are all extremely knowledge and are advocates for your fitness goals. The studio is clean and the overall atmosphere is motivating and encouraging. I highly recommend this gym to anybody looking to improve their health and wellness.

Since my competitive gymnastics career ended in May, I’ve tried to find something to fill that void. I finally found F45, which is challenging but something that I love doing and am motivated to do! I love the team atmosphere and the coaches in SC are awesome and always push you to leave the studio being a little better than you came in. The moves at each station can be adapted for any fitness level or limitations you may have, which being limited to impact due to an old injury is something I love. The coaches are willing to work with you and give you the best workout to help you achieve your goals! I stop in for a class or two every time I’m in SC.
I love it here! It’s the most excited I’ve been to go to a gym in a very long time! The trainers are all kind and welcoming. Great environment and I’m definitely seeing changes in my body! Highly recommend F45 state college!
I love this place! Having my first intro week everyone is so accommodating and makes sure that I am comfortable and know what is going on. It really is a convenient and great workout with amazing people to get you through it!!

Instructors are awesome, kind and motivating. For 45 minutes of hard work theres no better deal out there. I love going and the exercises are always unique and different. Really love working with the instructors and the burn is very real.
I really enjoyed F45 State College. These classes are very effective and super intense. This style of training is ideal for burning fat and gaining muscle (circuit training). The energy in the room during the class is amazing and you feel great after the class is done.I would really recommend these classes to everyone! Go try it out - you won’t regret it.
I’ve really been enjoying the classes at F45. As a runner and yogi, adding strength training and high intensity intervals has been fun. The instructors are great at encouraging safe movement patterns and keeping me on track as I don’t have tons of experience with repeatedly lifting heavy things. I look forward to making classes here a regular part of my training.
Where do I begin? I honestly cant say enough good things about F45. After a really long, cold winter, I decided I needed to switch up my workout routine and signed myself up for the F45 6 Week Challenge. After only a few classes, I was hooked! Not only did I lose weight and build lean muscle, but I noticed a massive improvement in my energy and overall health.Here are a few other reasons I am a fan and believer in F45. I love that each workout is different and challenges you in unique ways. My favorite part about being an F45 member is the incredible staff. They are beyond supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, I have been hesitant to try out new gyms because there is a certain intimidation factor. I have never felt like this at F45. I also appreciate that they have classes throughout the day which makes it incredibly convenientIf you are considering joining F45, dont wait another day. Drop by for a free trial class. Seriously one the best group workouts Ive ever done! Plus it is so much fun especially when you get your friends to do it with you! I am always sore days later... Tuesdays and Thursdays are my favorites!

I had a lot of fun doing the F45 free week trial. I did not have trouble scheduling the classes I wanted to take and the workouts were always very prompt. My favorite class I took was Varsity. The studio got very hot on the warmer days, but the sweat towels are a life saver! I would highly recommend someone to try F45 who is trying to tone their body. It’s a greater balanced workout!
F45 is the BEST workout of my life. Its effective and quick and always leaves me feeling accomplished. The circuit workouts hit all my muscles while getting my heart rate up. Great way to get in shape/stay in shape for anyone. Only thing I dont love is the cost. Definitely a lot for a student budget.

I just recently started going to F45, and I am very impressed with the workouts. They change regularly so you will never get bored of the exercises. The classes are structured with work and test intervals, which make them go fairly quickly. The music gets you pumped up, and the instructors cheer you on while you work. The atmosphere is great, and every class ends with high fives!
Their classes were amazing! I went every day for my free week and really loved the different circuits. It was very challenging but nice that there are many different options available with the weights to help customize your workout. I definitely want to come back in the future.

With a busy schedule f45 is the best way to get a quick yet effective workout in. Only 45 minutes and class availability all day long! I also like that I really get my strength workouts in during the week with their program. Most other studios/classes are too cardio focused for me and this has a good balance.

I’ve loved every class! I really enjoy the fast paced workouts to stay focused, but the trainers are super respectful to your fitness level. I’ve never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable with what the trainers have prepared. Sara is really awesome, but I’ve loved all the staff that have run the classes I’ve attended.
The staff is highly motivational and very supportive. Love the atmosphere and it is a different workout every time. Always a challenge.

Love, Love Love! The trainers are awesome, so motivational and helpful when you need to modify. I was scared to get a package with F45 because I have an injured/weak right knee however, they made me really comfortable with asking them to help me modify. Ever since I stated, my knee has gotten stronger and stronger each day making me confident about going back. Thanks F45 and I am excited to see the progress I will hopefully make at the end of the semester.
Since I declared 2019 was going to be all about me, I went out of my comfort zone and joined F45 in State College. I am 51 years old, a cancer survivor, and have 4 screws in my lower back. The work that I am doing at this gym is nothing short of amazing. I am doing the strength workouts right now, saving cardio until I get a bit stronger. I do the exercises to the best of my ability and modify them as needed. I can feel myself getting stronger every day. Everyone there is very encouraging and supportive! I enjoy going to the classes and am looking forward to what the next few months will bring!
As a college student, I find it extremely hard to make time to go to the gym with such a busy schedule. F45 helped me commit to a gym routine that I can stick with while still managing a rigorous course load. Also, F45 workouts are much better than any workout I could put together on my own. Not only am I am able to get to the gym, but I am getting a great workout in just 45 minutes! I highly recommend F45 to anyone trying to start their fitness journey or looking for a positive change in their fitness routine.
F45 Training in State College is awesome and very effective! Their staff does a great job motivating and encouraging you to push through every workout, while not pressuring you in any way. They make you feel comfortable and are always there to adjust the weights and modify any exercise to accommodate your experience. The 45 minutes go by so fast, and I always leave feeling satisfied and proud of the work I did. Plus the workouts always change, so every workout is new, exciting and effective! Love F45! From going approximately 4-5 times a week for a month so far has completely changed how my body looks and feels! I have gotten so much stronger and healthier and love the challenge it brings me every time I go. Never a boring class and the instructors are amazing! Highly recommend.
One of the best workouts I have ever gotten! I highly recommend F45 especially to college students living downtown because it is quick and convenient but also an amazing workout. I already feel stronger after just a week of classes here!
I recently started the two week free trial for F45 in downtown State College and absolutely love the workouts. The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable, without being too controlling throughout the classes. They also offer variations of the workouts, so depending on your energy level, you can challenge yourself or take it easy. I will definitely continue F45 for the rest of the semester and recommend everyone else to do it too.

F45 is one of the best ways to workout because it is efficient, fast and also extremely challenging. I Had such a good time while exerting so much energy. After just two weeks I already feel stronger and the class setting is that much more motivating than being in a big gym. Highly recommend this workout for students with time constraints and will be returning for many more weeks.
After a two week free trial I was hooked. Such a great workout every time. Each session is so different from the previous, it doesnt get old. Always walk out with a great sweat. Also love how motivational the coaches are!

Amazing atmosphere with great instructors!If you go consistently, you can see results after just a few days. Classes are only 45 min long, so its no time out of your day. You literally just have to show up and everything is laid out for you. You will never do the same workout twice, which is great for someone who doesnt have time to plan different work out routines all the time.Anyone, no matter what your activity or skill level is, can do any single class because they give you the options of different sized weights and show you modifications to make the exercises easier.You get a free water bottle and a clean sweat towel (which youre definitely going need), so you dont have to bring anything else.The instructors are super motivating and helpful, and when they arent nearby to help you with your form, there are TV screens showing you exactly how to do the exercise.Class times range from 5:30am to later in the evening so you can choose what class time works for your schedule. All the classes are no more than 30 people so it never gets overcrowded.The music is amazing and they switch it up all the time so you never get tired of listening to the same playlists.They really have thought of everything and its 100% worth the investment and its just 45 minutes out of your day.
F45 is unlike any other fitness class that I have ever attended. Its high intensity workouts along with its passionate coaches push me 10x harder than if I were to just go to the gym by myself. Especially after playing varsity sports in high school, its nice to be back in a team-like setting that motivates you to get your endurance to the best it can be. F45 is amazing and I would 100% recommend all of my peers to participate.
I have to say after my first week at F45 State College, I am hooked! This is an awesome workout with great music and amazing energy. I am always in a better mood after leaving. The trainers are great at correcting your form and keeping you motivated throughout the workout.

Only been to a few classes, but definitely enjoy the variety of exercises and intensity of the programs. Truly more motivating when completing these workouts with a large group versus typical workouts in the weight room. Staff is engaging and connected with individuals each day.
This place is a really great way to get out of your normal workout routine. It challenges your body is ways you never thought you body could work and it makes you feel great after. This is my first time attending a group training class. The workouts are challenging and pushed me to work really hard. It is also a lot of fun to do the class with some friends! The trainers are very helpful and supportive. Sometimes in the larger classes it seems a little harder for them to focus on individuals and make sure they are doing the movements correctly, but the monitors display the proper form throughout the entire workout. If you want to get a solid workout in a short amount of time, F45 is the place to go!
After completing 5 classes, I would definitely recommend F45 to anyone. Personally, I did not have experiences in weight or resistance training, and F45 allowed me to learn the basics of that, in addition to challenging myself. I love the high energy and consistent encouragement from all the trainers, definitely makes waking up for a 6:30 am class easier. I never leave regretting a workout, minus the soreness after. Certainly would consider getting a membership!
Ive only been doing F45 for a week now and I love it! Its 45 minutes of high intensity interval training with short breaks between each set so youre really working your body for that full 45 minutes. Everyday is different so you get the chance to work every part of your body. I really like the resistance training because I dont really know how to lift weights but the trainers there are super helpful and they make sure your form is right and youre not putting any strain on other parts of your body. I always feel like I get a good workout in when I do F45. Highly recommend.

Super fun to do with a friend or by yourself - you’ll make friends quickly!The workouts are all circuit based, with a huge variety between weights, cardio, body weight resistente, etc. it never gets boring. Great for beginners and advanced alike as it’s easy to modify the workouts to your level.Trainers are encouraging and the owner is a great dude. 10/10 would recommend!
My first week at f45 was great. The trainers are so kind and helpful and create such a comfortable environment to workout in. By the end of the week the trainers knew my name and would cheer me on throughout the workout which was very encouraging. The workouts themselves are challenging at times but i liked how they are always displayed on the screens if you get confused. Although it is a bit pricey I will definitely be returning to f45 in the near future.
F45 is an amazing work out! It is so different than what I do at the gym. I do struggle with some of the exercises but all the staff help me so much and modify them to my ability. I enjoy coming in every day and seeing all the new workouts I am going to learn.

I started F45 about a month ago, and I have already seen amazing results! It can apply to people of all ages as well as strengths and skill levels when working out. I spent about a year at F45 when it had just opened up in State College. Seeing it go from a small studio to fully booked every workout and having 5-10 workouts each day is incredible. If you are on the fence about working out or need a little extra motivation each day then join F45. JR and his instructors will take great care of you!
The exercises that you have to perform are fantastic, there isn’t one part of your body that’s being overworked. Additionally, the staff members demonstrate the exercises before you do them and then give you modified versions of the exercises. I didn’t see too many men in any of the classes (I’d usually be the only guy) but the workout atmosphere definitely wasn’t unbalanced. By that I mean that the exercises themselves weren’t ‘booty concentrated’ they were exercises that challenged you in the best way, the way I think it should be. I definitely recommend!
F45 has been such a great workout experience, and I fully plan on continuing to go for the whole summer and throughout the school year. The workouts are challenging, but so rewarding, and seem to go so fast every time. I feel like after just two weeks I can already start to see some results! F45 has been my ultimate favorite gym heres why!Ive never been, a gym freak nor did I enjoy working out. However, F45 has changed my lifestyle: mentally, physically, emotionally, health, and much more. F45 is a team training environment and every workout varies (which makes it fun). Ive been attending F45 for the past 6 months at least 5 times a week and my body has changed (My abs are Back) havent seen them since high school. I honestly have so much energy now and Im always on the move without complaining throughout the day Im tired. The gym is always clean the atmosphere is friendly. This is the best fitness studio that I have tried in State College! I just completed the free one-week trial and had a great experience. Each class is completely different and the 45 minutes go by quickly. My favorite class was Hollywood because of the high-energy atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting throughout the summer and fall semesters!
I just started F45 to keep me motivated to work out after spring break and I love it! Im learning workouts I would never do on my own and I really enjoy how dynamic each of the workouts are. All of the trainers are great - so helpful and motivating. I would definitely recommend this no matter the type of shape that you are in.
I just recently started F45 and I have nothing but good words to say! It was exactly the amount of activity i was looking for and i feel as if i am already seeing results after just 8 classes! The instructors push you to do your best while keeping the environment up beat! F45 is something that I would highly recommend to other people in state college and i am looking forward to sticking with this program for awhile!
Did the 6 week challenge, lost 7% body fat amd 18lbs only going to 4 classes a week and following their meal plan which was pretty easy to follow. The classes are fun and go by fast. They seem complicated the first few times but instructors definitely help you out and know everyone by name. Highly recommend!
Great workouts. Very organized weekly programming. Equipment is everything you need for an athletic based workout. Also love the music that keeps you motivated.
Im not one to usually work out much but these work outs were worth it. I may have hated myself during them but after it felt good. They will definitely push you and the staff are very friendly.

I was really reluctant to try this workout because I heard it was intense, and I have been so pleasantly surprised by how doable it truly is while pushing me to the limit. Class flies by, and I saw results immediately. Its really cool to see myself developing muscles I didnt know I had, and getting stronger everyday. I love being able to see my progress and I am excited to see myself reach my full potential!
I am always looking forward to the next class I attend because there is such a variety of classes/workouts. I love the fast paced workouts- you don’t have time to think about how hard you’re working and next thing you know 45 minutes is up! The wide variety of class times are great- except weekend classes are limited. Memberships are a bit pricey but it’s overall an awesome place to get your sweat on!

I love training at F45! I sign up for the classes in advance and it makes me more motivated to go. After every class I always feel energized and like I got a really good work out in. I have completed over 35 classes so far and feel so accomplished with the results that Ive received from doing it. I would highly recommend F45 to anyone!
So far, I have loved my experience with F45 in State College! For months, I was very skeptical about this new gym/concept my wife had recently started. I wasnt sure if it would be a good workout, I wasnt sure if the price was worth it, I wasnt sure if it was good for men, etc. After hearing her and her friends rave about it for months, I decided to give the free two week trial a shot. I have loved every minute of it since I joined! Ive tried 4 different classes in a week and a half and have loved the workouts. In addition to the workouts, the staff is great. They are so friendly and helpful the entire time you are there. I really love F45 and plan on continuing once my trial is done.
I love how it feels like the workout goes by so quickly! Its nice coming in and not having to think about your exercise and just being told this is what were doing today. This is my second week and I have no complaints!
