I was told i would get my truck n car hauler as close as possible 2 my prefferred pick up spot. 90 MILES EACH WAY WAS THE CLOSEST! FROM MDN, MS. 2 STARKVILLE N BACK. HAD A FLAT ON MY HAULER. TOOK THEM 3 HRS 2 GET 2 ME. WENT 2 DROP OFF AT PREFERRED LOCATION. NO ROOM. HAD 2 FIND ANOTHER. BY THE WAY. YRIED 2 CHARGE PHONE ON 12 HR DR. NEVER CHARGED. DEAD PHONE NEEDING 2 B CHARGED AFTER CKNG OUT OF MOTEL. N I HAVE A FLAT TIRE, N NEED 2 CALL N FIND DEALERS. SO MUCH FUN!

Great service and prompt

Kim was absolutely amazing! We had to drive pretty far from Starkville with a car attached to the back of the U-Haul. She helped us hook up the hitch and checked in on us mid-trip. My wife and I recommend her to anyone in Starkville. She will take care of you!

Great staff. They had exactly the right sized van for my project.

Process was expeditious and professionally executed. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Location was clean and neatly-organized (as compared to some past experiences where they send you out into a diet lot to search for your vehicle or trailer). The app and follow-up emails were very useful and significantly shortened the length of time I was there.

Kim was the only reason we made it to our destination. We had issues with getting the wrong trailer in TX and Kim was able to help us get the situation corrected. She arranged safe transport on a Sunday when even the U-Haul company did not have a clue how to help us. She was a life saver, thank you so much!!!

Horrible experience!!! After making a reservation about 2 months in advance, they canceled my reservation saying they couldnt let me rent the truck for 2 days. I was initially told by reservations that there were no trucks available at all. When I called the facility the lady said they had a truck but only for 24 hours. I reserved that one. A few minutes later the owner called me saying they typically only rent for 4 hours at a time. (Im certain at the same rate as the daily rental)....#takingadvantageofthecollegekids. I had to spend a lot more money as a result of their greed!!! Owner said they dont operate like the other Uhaul stores. Then change your name! Cant say Ill never use Uhaul again but not this location. Also, owner made sure I knew she owned several locations. I guess Ill have to do my homework before renting again.

The truck I wanted was unavailable but the lady working offered to take my name and number to call once it was available. Suggested other options that could work.

By far one of the least pleasant customer experiences Ive ever had. Twice I tried renting a truck and three times they send me someplace 2 hours away. I couldnt get anything from them no matter how far in advance I tried to reserve. Ended up going to Penske in Columbus instead.

Customer service was nice, but the truck they gave us is filthy. The whole dash was sticky with spilled drinks, floor littered with food crumbs, and ants climbing inside, all over the dash.
