Steph was really helpful with helping to optimize my phone plan based on usage and help me solve issues I had on my account. I work in the city and could go to a location near my job but prefer to come here because everyone is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have been helped by multiple sales consultants at this location and they are all friendly and helpful. **4/19 UPDATE** I went back to the store because my dad wanted to see if he could optimize his bill to his and my mothers usage. Charles was also a great help!! He helped us see where some extra charges where happening and gave my dad tips on how to avoid it. Great to know that providing great customer service is a priority at this location.

So I came into this ATT to have my phone upgraded. I was delighted to be assisted by Charles. His fun bubbly personality made the transition just that more smoother. Charles knew his products like the back of his hand and was very attentive to my questions or concerns. I love that anytime I go into an ATT store or call customer service, I am ALWAYS very well taken care of. Wanted to share that my experience at the store was one of the most pleasant during this pandemic. Walked in with a serious dilemma (phone malfunction) and immediately Charles was right on it. He did the best he could to fix it and unfortunately had to start a claim and sent me over for repairs at ubreakifix. My phone was fixed in minutes. As perCustomer service I wasSent to the Summer St AT&T store to exchange a new phone that had come in the mail. The store clerk (very tall older man with white hair.) refused to exchange the phone. He was loud and rude in front of my 3 yr old daughter. He frightened my daughter. I Called customer service back and told them of my experience. They told me to to go to the AT&T store at the Stamford Mall. They were very nice and took care of the situation and ordered me the phone I needed.

I would highly recommend Mike if you need any help with your phone. He helped me save money on my insurance plan and explained how I could setup my new phone. He was very patient and I appreciate the time he spent with me.

I think I had a complicated issue though it certainly wasnt unique. My AT&T store rep, Charles, at the Ridgeway Plaza in Stamford, CT was extremely competent, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and a good communicator. It took about two hours to resolve my issue but I felt that I was in good hands. Also I saw that other customers in the store were getting the same attention and quality service that I was getting. Unfortunately you don’t get this quality everywhere and you simply can’t get it in online chat service only. Totally satisfied, 5 stars!

Upset with the customer service at this store I walked with with my older sister to change her number from my att account to prepaid one of the representatives told me that they can’t do it at the store they told me to call 611. I told him if I go to the mall would they do it he said no. Representative said that something about transfers are only done at customer service. I came to the mall and they did the service for me. Waste of my time. Went to another store to do it when I could of done it all at the other store. Not coming back.

When I went into my local AT&T because my phone was broken. I was expecting to spend forever at the store and pay a bunch of money. The rep (Charles) was patient and very professional.
