OUTSTANDING. Val has an incredible desire to clean what is asked and that the customer be completely satisfied. I have a one month old new carpet and my dog chewed a purple pen while lying on the new carpet. Vals attention to the details was obvious they way he brought that spot back to life. HIs equipment is immaculate and he was more than accommodating when asked to add on items that were not previously requested. I highly recommend Val for his professionalism, his promptness, his pricing and his contagious positive attitude.
