Morning appointments are very important to me. I received a message that they would be arriving between 9:00-10:00 AM and they did. The level of cleanliness in my home was amazing and the teams professionalism was great.

I was given an estimate for a deep clean service, based on 2 hours and 15 minutes on my site. I asked if they could arrive after 11 AM. When 1 PM arrived, I phoned in to check that they were coming. I did not receive any messages prior to the day of hire. At 1 PM I was told they would arrive at 2:30. They did not. I was getting upset as the household was on hold waiting for them to arrive. When I called the second time, I was told they were stuck in traffic and would arrive at 3. I spoke with three different managerial levels. At some point, I was offered a $50 discount for the inconvenience. At 3:30 they arrived. The team worked hard and cleaned pretty well, stairs could have been vacuumed better, they left by 5 pm. By my clock, that is 1.5 hours. So. Estimate was $438 + tax for 2.25 hours. Discount offered was $50. I was billed $412. Somehow the math seems off to me if the $50 discount was applied to their 1.5 hour visit. They did a professional job, but cost and communication was disappointing. I would have tipped the workers actually, but I could not leave to get cash, as I had no clue when they would arrive.Update: The Maids called to make things right a week or so ago. They agree they overcharged me, esp. w their offer of $50 off. I still have not heard back. Im not a math genius but seems to me fair price w discount would be about $242 + tax, based on 1.5 hours of on site service. Left hanging.

Noemí and her team are excellent. They’ve been coming to our place regularly for about a month now and every time they come, we are so pleased with their work. They are always pleasant to work with, do an amazing job, and show good initiative. My husband and I are both very happy with their cleaning.

The Maids came to my house today for the second time. They donate their time to cancer patients and I cant say enough about what a difference this service has made for me at a time that I really cant manage to clean my home myself. The workers were polite and went to work right away. There was no standing around wasting time. They really cleaned the kitchen and the cooking grease off the kitchen cabinets. The rug was vacuumed clean like I havent seen for a long time, due to my Aunts health. I recommend them, I was not disappointed.

I was called two days before arrival and was asked to move the time to an earlier time because of a scheduling conflict on their end. I said that their new time doesnt really benefit me but she insisted that if I didnt move my time then I was going to have to wait two days until they free up. I needed them the day I scheduled as I wouldnt have access to the property at any other time. I agreed to the new time, as I wasnt able to find someone to come and clean on such short notice. There was a communication error between the maids and their dispatcher which led them to showing up over an hour earlier then the new scheduled time. When I asked if they could come back I was told no, and that if they were going to wait there I was going to be charged for the time they waited. I had them start cleaning while I was still doing the work I needed to do in order to avoid this. Also, when asked not to clean something until I had had the chance to deal with it first, they started to clean it anyway.All that said, they did a fabulous job, were kind efficient and professional if a bit on the high end in price. I would make sure they stick to the appointed at time if scheduling with them, as their work was amazing.

The maids were ok. Simple things like the inside of the medicine cabinet and the garbage pails were not cleaned. In addition we were very disappointed in their carpet cleaners. They left simple spots which they had to come back to get out. It was a an inconvenience since we were selling getting the condo ready to sell.We did not think they were worth the money we spent.

We have tried many maids up in our new Westchester house and havent been satisfied-they all seemed to do a great job for the first round, then slack off. My wife interviewed and was impressed by the Maids, and they came in with their crew, and she called me at my job to rave about how clean our house was and what a great job they were doing. I was at work and said great and then quickly forgot about it. I returned home and immediately noticed the cleanliness. For a tired, overworked guy who rarely notices anything beyond my immediate environment, even I was immediately struck by the clean, fresh smell and immaculately tidy and spotless house they left behind. I also live with a cynical, critical (obnoxious) tenant who will unsparingly rip apart anything or anybody he feels is not up to spar, yet he even doled but lavish praise. So, if you have a large house like ours that you needed an energetic team to come in and clean from top to bottom, this is your choice-and one would assume even a small house would benefit from their service. We are sticking with them and arranging regular cleanings and would highly recommend the Maids of Westchester County.

Very professional people and thorough cleaning job.

Didnt do a proper job (left trash in kitchen, failed to throw out vases of dead flowers, broke a toilet roll holder in drywall leaving a massive hole through forcing it instead of realizing the shaft was spring loaded) and charged 30mins more than what was agreed for the team of 4, ie charged 10 hrs when 8hrs was agreed. Nevermind that they only had to do 3/4 of a clean that normally takes 6 hours. When showed photos of how the kitchen was left and having had it explained to them that I wasnt happy with what they did nor the extra 2 man hours charged they didnt care at all. Will never use again and certainly cannot recommend their services based on my terrible experience with the clean and the even worse post sales service.

Actually work for this company the employees try too hard but it is an abuse pay and they are required to enter at 9 a.m. but they are not paid until they arrive at the house they begin to clean and the time they arrive at the house. office because they demand it so they do not pay it, they arrive at 9 but they do not start charging until 10 oclock or 11 it depends on the time they arrive and the exit is the same, the employees take the harder work and pay a misery And not only that if the companys customers give them a tip the company keeps part of the tip that is an abuse and a theft
