I didnt know you can now schedule an appointment from within google search results page for Supercut. It made scheduling super easy and the whole experience was smooth. They take temperature on arrival, and follow CDC guidelines. You have to provide a phone number per CDC guidelines or they wont entertain you.Everyone was wearing masks. They were super cautious even during haircut not to let the mask slip. Great overall experience of a haircut during the current health crisis.

I made a reservation for 9 am using their app but the store wasnt even open. Even on the door the sign said the hours from 9am to 7pm. Waste of time, and waste of an app that cant coordinate with their stores when the hours of operation are.

Was there at 8:50 am and was the first to be taken care of,both ladies were very nice and professional and I was in and out in less than a 1/2 hr,price was far less than Sportclips too,will definitely return next time I need a cut.

A decent unisex salon. They maintain a good website that lets you check-in online. The website shows availability of the next appointment. However, I feel that the appointments are not strictly followed and your appointment will be slightly moved to accommodate walk-in customers. The stylists are pretty friendly and professional. Jessica, the stylist did a good job.

Great place to go for a quick haircut for a guy, at the right price. Do be sure and join their email list so you can get $2 off a haircut coupons to your email about once a month! And watch what time you go, it gets busy at lunch and at around 430pm, so its best to check in online so when you get there they are ready for you to sit down!

Definitely not the place to take a small child. They didn’t seem to have any patience with my son, they didn’t manage a smile or even ask his name, how old he was etc.. all the simple basics that help keep a child focused and calm. Also very little decorum or manners shown to me (no hello, smile or thank you) the customer. Basic haircut that was cheap, but I value manners and at least an effort to put my child at ease before wielding scissors around their face.

Totally messed up my sons haircut ( crooked and uneven) and no one apologized or came to speak to me directly. Everyone in shop just looked at me dumbfounded. At least offer a discount or even not charging me thats hows bad this haircut was. Beyond unprofessional, had to go to a barber shop right after to have it fixed. The situation could of been handled better and no one stepped up.

Only had one experience here, but the staff here appear not to be adequately trained in professionally handling credit card transactions. Upon payment, staff here ran my credit card 3 times resulting in two duplicate payments on my account. When I tried to call them back, they said they were unable to assist me and referred me to a Super Cuts corporate number which seems to really be intended for salon staff. While I was able to obtain a refund on my transaction after many calls, the issue really should never of happened to begin with. Do yourself a favor, avoid the trouble and go somewhere else if you plan to pay with anything else but cash.

I bring my disabled Mom here. They are always very kind and patient with Mom, and accommodate her in her wheelchair. She always gets a nice neat haircut which shes very please with.

Asked for a trim and just 3/4th off. Leave some over the ears layered. Aug 9th.She started in the back where after the first snip I thought, gee that feels short. The she started on the rest and reaffirming that I wanted it long over the ears. I replied I wanted it long all over. After I got up and felt the back of my hair I sighed and she asked if I wanted more off. I said I only wanted 3/4. She took over 2 inches off the back. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!My usual girl wasnt there.

If I could rate this place lower that 1 star I would. I asked for 4 inches on the top and 2 on the sides and these bozos gave me a buzzcut. There isnt even 1cm left on top. If you value your hair stay far, far away.

Will never visit the place again. Staff was so arrogant and rude. Had a haircut and they double charged my giftcard and then when I asked they voided. I asked to check the gift card balance they sounds so rude and arrogant.
