I reside in Fairfield and when Kyle moved his business from Darien to Stamford, all that meant to me is that I have a longer commute for my cut. His professionalism and talent are worth the drive! If you have “black male” type of hair, they will not cut it, Just tell you they don’t know how to. That’s a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Worst experience I’ve been through. Shouldn’t even be a barber shop if they can’t cut all type of hair.

Kyle, Sue and Kevin are fantastic people who are great at giving a friendly haircut to all who visit. They are awesome with kids and provide immense value by keeping their prices consistently low. The shop is clean and well appointed and there is always great discussion found there. High recommend.

***DO NOT WALK-IN, I sat in am empty Barber shop as they slowly finished 2 cuts, during the 25 minutes it took for them to slowly trim and explain to the client what type of paste they were using, additional clients walked in.After the 2 finished, I assumed it would be my turn - but without even looking at me, they called up the presumed appointments. I would have sat there for an additional 30 minutes. Very poor customer service, you just lost a potential regular.

Moved to stamford recently and was looking for a barbershop. Came across Belltown Barbers and I am happy I did. Toni is absolutely wonderful. Gives you honest wait times and they usually are short. Cuts hair beautifully. I recommend Belltown barbers to everyone.

The first time I went to have my hair cut I did not know she was Greek, but I liked her ways and so I returned. Just a few times because I am not staying always in Old Greenwich, but mainly in Italy. To day, after almost a year, I visited her saloon, but it was closed, and I felt sad, because this could have been my last hair cut in Stamford before vacating the apartment we have rented.
