Great service visit again! Great staff and a ride back to work. I was serviced and ready in 1 hour! Washed and vacuumed before I arrived.
The gentleman mas very nice. But I knew more about the cars than the salesman. Didnt really got any answers. The dealership needs an update, the building is gloomy an old.
Quick quality service with a loaner fleet, it doesnt get any more convenient!
Brought my car in for a 15,000 mile service. They took care of it without any problems in a timely matter. They even drove me to the Metro North station.
Very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. However should an out change take an hour when you have an appointment ? Their prices on minor stuff i.e. air filter, cabin air filter etc. Seem high ... twice the price of auto zone.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t visit this location for service unless you absolutely have to. Have always been given the runaround with respect to warranty coverage.The facilities are old, and management does not care about their customer’s concerns.
Their service hours are horrible. I was trying to do an oil change but they do not open on Saturdays. I work Monday thru Friday and Riley Mazda service hours dont work for me.
